“I built a core memory today, the day I found the best Peruvian Food in New Jersey. WOW! My expectations have been met and exceeded. The Chaufa was so good and such a large portion they clearly price the food knowing they are going to sell out. The ceviche mixto was amazing perfect lime and spicy level… I’ve always had to add lime or salt from other ceviches but not this one.The filete de pescado was perfectly cooked. Overall I’m excited to try the other dishes they offer I know I will not be disappointed.“

“This beautiful small cozy Peruvian restaurant has Real Authentic Peruvian dishes that you cannot replicate anywhere else. The owners were super cordial and kind. Excellent conversation starters while respecting your space while eating. The food was phenomenal and the portions are super reasonable and enough to fill even 2 people. Will be back again for sure, thank you Mrs. Rosita ?✨“

“I live in West New York and I come with my family to taste delicious grilled chicken, the best is their fries. My kids love the Chaufa joint. Their portions are abundant and the food is very fresh. Pablo, always kind and helpful, takes great care of us.The owners are charming. Highly recommended.“
