“A Spectacular Dining Experience at Aspendos Restaurant!I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aspendos Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting ambiance. The decor was elegant and tasteful, setting the tone for a fantastic meal.We started with the Beyran soup, which was flavorful and comforting. The appetizers that followed were equally delicious - the tzaziki was creamy and refreshing, the humus was rich and savory, and the pan-fried potatoes were crispy and addictive.But the main event was the Lamb Shank, which was slow-cooked to perfection. “Use to go to this place for an expensive cauliflower shawarma back in the day. It's a good chain with gold shawarama options. Not the best shawaram I have had by any means, but this place is very good for lunch you can get balanced bowl with correct macros. It's one of my go to “

It's hard to judge the atmosphere because of that.Service was very good, and our requests were filled with no issue.Food was hot, fresh and good.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions were easily accommodated with substitutions and suggestions for other options.“

“I have been going here for a few years and it is always fantastic food. I don’t even like lamb, but the lamb shish is delicious here and it is what I order every time. There are good vegetarian options too. Whether you are from the Middle East or never tried Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food before, there is something here for you. “We are so incredibly excited to have found this place. The hotdog was an absolute symphony. I don’t normally like beans in the sauce but it was absolutely delicious. My wife went with some of the more traditional stuff and she was so excited. The hummus was so fresh and you could really feel the love in the homemade desserts.“

The falafel itself was perfect, and the homemade hummus is to die for. Went tonight for dinner, and I can't begin to say just how delicious this is. I got the falafel of course, the family kabob sampler (lamb Tikka, chicken tikka, beef seekh, chicken seekh and lamb chop), and the gyro platter (*slightly different than a Greek gyro- is served over Persian rice with all the fixings). We dug in before I got any pictures. The food isn't hot/spicy, but is incredibly flavorful and fresh. 6 out of 5 stars!“

“Pretty decent food but as most other commenters noted, it is quite a bit more pricey than restaurants offering similar or better food. But that is expected with this store being located on the side of rt 1. I have always driven by kapadokya but never went in and now that I have, probably wouldn't return. I can get similar cuisine at way less the price than is offered here.“

“I should have looked at the pictures and read the reviews on this, but the gyro platter that came with "fries" was what i was told. I expected a typical gyro sandwich you know folded in a pita with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and tzatziki, side of French fries...this is what I got. Disappointed. Revised ton4 stars only for food taste though, as it was still very tasty. Would have preferred the more traditional sandwich instead of the mess of the deconstructed version.“
