I ordered online so that I wouldn't have to wait upon arriving at the store. The app advised I should arrive at a certain time. I arrived about 5 min after said time due to abnormal traffic. Upon arriving the waiting area was packed with 1 gentleman saying he had been waiting for 45 min already. Giving this establishment one star is a reach. Fair warning you will wait almost an hour 1/2 to two hours for your food if you're feeling lucky for the day. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting your food. Customer service is non-existent at this location and they are extremely understaffed.
