“We recently used Anthony’s catering for a small birthday gathering at my house. I was really impressed with the food, the service, and reasonable prices. The baked ziti was really delicious, reminding me of my grandmom’s Italian cooking and much better than standard catering fare. The salad was very fresh with strawberries and a yummy tangy dressing, and the cheesecake was some of the best I’ve ever had. Also, when they needed to substitute the toffee topping on the cheesecake I ordered, they went above and beyond to find a suitable sub for us, offering lots of yummy alternatives (we went with pecan and salted caramel - YUM!). Anthony’s is going to be my new go-to when I’m entertaining and don’t want to cook!“

Why don't these local roasters sell sample packs, allowing you to still purchase a pound of beans, but separated into small batches with samples of each bean type? This would allow me to quickly figure out which bean I want to try without having to buy a single large bag and take a month to go through coffee I don't really like before trying the next type . . . “I would definitely consider myself a regular. Love their sandwiches and bakery items. The best part about this restaurant is their amazing and friendly staff. Everyone is just so nice and willing to help/answer any questions you have. The bakery is very relaxing so you could definitely get some work done if that's your cup of tea. The only negative I must comment on is that their sandwiches sit under a heated lamp so their bagels can get a bit soggy. P.S. order online as soon as the bakery opens because they do sell out very quickly. Especially on the weekends!“

“True Salvage Cafe is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast in the area. Food: The food is wonderful; they source Balthazar Bakery and Croissants, and everything else is baked/made in cafe by the owner/chef. The bread puddings, especially, are extremely good; I always make sure to grab one to go to have later in the day! Decor and Ambience: the store has on display a large selection of vinyls and books, and often plays an eclectic mix of old and new stores, all bops and jams. Service: In addition to their stellar food, the service here is top tier as well. The person who works here, Silver (I believe, sorry if I got your name wrong!) is very attentive as well as empathetic. On a recent visit, another table had accidentally knocked over one of their hot drinks; Silver immediately came out and brought over paper towels and even replaced their their drink. “We hired Custodi to cater our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We had them provide a buffer appetizer/cocktail hour, as well as coffee and tea service during dessert. We live in Oregon and got married in New Jersey, but Chris made the long distance communication and logistics a breeze. Day of, he sent a great team, and they were able to navigate the day smoothly, and make it ever the more easier for my husband and I to just enjoy our day and not be asked a thousand questions. This came with different fillings: Pork with Scallion, Chicken with Corn, and Beef with Onion and you can have them steamed or fried. I super recommend getting their add-on of Spicy Minced Pork Chili Oil which really elevates this dish. --Jasmine Boba Tea (customized for my request of zero ice, zero sugar) - pretty good, but the boba was kinda hard. --Crab and Pork Soup Dumplings - Pretty good. These are very likely much better eaten in the restaurant. In general, the filling was slightly too dense and the wrapper was a little too thick compared to the same dish I've had elsewhere. --Bao Chicken - A family fave. This came with 3 pieces of broccoli and was heavy on the chicken which had a light coating and yummy sauce. The portion lasted my kids several meals. “This place is awesome! I always order an almond milk bubble tea. While my drink always comes out great, last night, my bubble tea tasted amazing! The boba was cooked and sweetened perfectly, and the tea and almond flavor were top notch So, when I dropped my bubble tea while getting out of my car after arriving home, I was devastated. It was a tragedy! I could feel the tea soaking into my shoes as I imagined sad violin music playing in the distance. The boba is freezing on my driveway as we speak. I drove back to the store because I don’t live too far away, and because my drink was THAT GOOD!
