So unless you want to drive 3 1/2 hours and get the veal osubuco form Vinnies in summer Mass eat here I got delivered it was here in 30 min steaming hot. Food was 52 65 with tip If you don't think this is what you should tip let me know why I should tip more and I will listen if you think less I hope they do something bad to your food we got in best food last order Steamed dumplings I like a thinner pasta on the dumpling but the filling and sauce is delicious if you like it thicker this is a 10'for me an 8.8 Sesame chicken 8.7 a few pieces were a little tough and I mean a few the east were 9.5 Beef chow fun 9.4 unbelievable so delicious chicken and eggplant 14 out of 10 soooo good never liked the egglplant better then the chicken the chicken was only an 11 out of ten the eggplant was a 19'out of 10 All together great dinner you must try“
“Pros: large portions, chicken and cashews was loaded with chicken. A nice, family business. Cons: sauce a little bland. I will try more spicy next time. My friend liked her beef and onions. Oh, but chicken seemed to have green cubes of veggie, apparently chopped up broccoli stem? Sorry, that's a no go for me. Whatever the green cubes were, I would prefer celery.Overall, 4 stars and will try other items...“

“I like that they had a variety of different foods. I just wished that the food could have been served warmer. I had chicken noodle soup, crab legs, fried shrimp, calamari, fried shrimp, steak, yellow rice, fruits, salad, and tres leche cake. My son had fish and chips ice cream. The customer service was really nice and they keep the dining area really clean ??“

“Probably the most authentic Beijing food in Manhattan. Super cute ambiance and amazing food - every dish was executed well and not too salty/oily/sweet unlike most other Chinese restaurants in the city. Service was friendly and fast. Highly recommend if you haven't tried Beijing food or if you're looking for legit Chinese food in the city!“

“Ottimo ristorante di Ramen (giapponese e non quello "tarocco" o fatto con quello istantaneo del supermercato) che offre anche una fantastica selezione di ravioli. Prezzi tutto sommato accettabili per la media della città e acqua gratuita. Posto piccolo, accogliente, staff cordiale e velocissimo. Porzioni corpose quindi ordinate con cautela o non riuscirete a finire tutto.“

“Excellent Asian cuisine, NY style. We called ahead and reserved. The staff is very nice. We had gluten free versions of tempura shrimps, pork dumplings and sushi. I had the General Tso with chicken GF. Gluten free has it's own separate. The other party members had good food too. It has very nice and very spicy chilies inside. They have good Japanese plum wine. Comfortable seating and nice atmosphere with simplistic but canning decor.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sushi availableDietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free options“

“My favorite Chinese restaurant I've ever visited, I love the staff here and their food is the real deal. I come back often for dinner and I am never disappointed with their great bargains especially on groupon. They aren't always perfect especially when they are busy but if you ask they will always accommodate you. Thank you to the chefs that are working hard in the back and to those in the front of house that make the corner such a great place to visit. Also, the SHREDDED BEEF is the best appetizer!“

“I had lunch at this Asian bowl spot. The decor is nice and simple, modern looking. The counter is well layed out with each step explained. There are a lot of options from salad bowls, to rice bowls, and noodle bowls. There's also a good variety of base sauce options. I ordered the flat noodles with tomato egg sauce. I also got the chili oil as a garnish which added some kick to the dish. The service was fast and great, prices were reasonable. Food tasted good overall.“

“Ordered takeout, didn’t eat in. Fantastic and very authentic. Here’s a tip, if they have jellyfish on the menu, it’s a real Chinese restaurant. And if you’ve never have jellyfish, just remember, at one time sushi was new and nobody in NY would eat raw fish … until they tried it. So try the jellyfish.“

“I'll give this place 5 stars just for the food as that's what matters most for me. You need to make reservations several days ahead for dinners. After 8PM, it's a bit easier to do walk in but still might need reservations.Size of the restaurant is small with only few tables. I'd imagine it will have a more cozy ambience for snowy winter evenings elevating the dining experience.Food wise, it brought back good old feelings of having skewers out in Korea. I'd bring my own Baijiu to complete the food pairing since they don't sell those in the restaurant.“

“I'm not a vegetarian myself, but the allure of Veggie Heaven can't be denied. They make all the classics and more with completely vegetarian / vegan sources of protein such as soy, seitan, mushrooms, etc.I've been here a number of times and a must try are the chicken nuggets with their signature sweet sauce. They nail he texture and taste.Restaurant is massive, so there's almost always walk-in seating available. Occasionally, there's a wait.Looking forward to exploring more of the menu in the future... thanks for the food!“

“The absolute best, the owners are great and the sweetest. You will never regret coming here. Usually with American style Chinese food it's not the best quality and overly greasy and etc. But no Sky Rainbow has amazing quality like no lie. Food is super delicious, got the crab Rangoon and it was spectacular, still eating it as I write this. It comes with an amazing red sauce to dip it it, you don't have to use it if you don't want too. They are amazing by themselves, but no it's a phenomenal compliment to the Rangoon. I even put the red sauce on my rice. I also got the chicken mushroom with vegetable fried rice. IMMACULATE, they don't miss here. Got the staple which is a homemade i Ed tea. Not overly sweet or fake tasting. Extremely flavor tea but not overbearingly sweet. Amazing balance, they blessed them tea bags! Please come and check out this amazing place, you won't be disappointed at all.“

“What a lovely place! On a rainy day, I stopped into this local gem and had the most warm and cozy bowl of soup... Everything there is fresh and made to order. I don't eat onions, garlic, or scallion... very few places actually are able to do that. I have always gotten my food exactly how I order it here. “*Wrote this review on yelp already but it had a word limit. So this review will act as the full review as it will contain all the items I’ve tried* This place is phenomenal in every aspect. The food is very authentic, flavorful, and all items are reasonably priced. I tried out their food on Oct. 3 and again on the 9th. The first time I did a take out and the second time I did a dine-in. It is THAT delicious that I needed to create a Yelp account to write my review for them and is absolutely worth my travel from Staten Island to downtown. Below is a list of foods that I have tried plus my take on them from both of my visits there. I'll write it in the order of which I tried it. There'll be pictures of food, the menu, and the restaurant itself. It's super homey and welcoming! A definite must! I'll be going back again next week to try out other items that I have not yet had the chance to have. 1) The pork rougamo: It is like a savory crispy pancake sliced down the middle sandwiching juicy and mouthwatering pork belly. My friend who doesn't normally eat pork belly because it's so fatty, LOVED it so much that we had to get it again the second time we went together. It's got the perfect amount of meat and crunch to it. Just make sure that if you do not plan to eat it right away, please re-heat it in a toaster oven so that it'll maintain it's crispiness. (The heat of it in the bag might soften it a little but it won't ruin the experience! I promise you!) 2) Pan-Fried pork dumplings: The skin that is used to wrap the dumplings in is not too thin or too thick. It's got just the right amount to it. The pork filling itself is extremely juicy and flavorful! They don't cheat you out on the fillings either. You'll definitely get a satisfying amount of meat and wrapping with every bite. If you like spicy oil like I do, it'll definitely enhance it even more! This is also an item that requires some time to make because they pan fry it fresh! (If you're in a hurry, make sure to call ahead for your order.) It's not like other places who have it already pre-fried and just reheat it making it lose it's juiciness from over cooking when an order is place. That's an extreme plus in my book! Obviously, I made sure to get it again the second time I was there. 3) Stewed Duck Leg: This is absolutely tasteful! It's not like your typical roast duck that you'd find in Chinatown hanging in front of a window; full of fat and lingering gamey taste. When I took my first bite, I was not expecting to be exploded with flavor and lean meat. My friend never liked roast duck and has always been "yuck" about it gave this a try, she ended up eating 3/4 of it! She couldn't stop herself from picking at it! So if you have never had duck or have not had a good experience with duck before, this is definitely worth trying! And for those of you who do like duck, you absolutely must! 4) Beef Stew Noodle Soup: We ordered this with hand-pulled noodles... and gosh, I can still taste it in my mouth. The perfect texture of the noodles; it was not soggy at all and had this nice bounce to it. I believe you can ask about preferences for noodles. The beef stew and the soup was the perfect combination! You can taste the beef in the soup and know that it has been stewed for a long enough time! It's not too salty and has a light feeling to it so that you don't feel overly stuffed afterwards. I highly recommend this item! 5) Steamed Fish Filet Dish: This was SOOOO good. If you're like me and absolutely hate fish with bones and always go for fish without, this is definitely a must! The size of the fish filet is phenomenal! I've been to places where the filet order is smaller than the size of my hand but this place, you get a very big and satisfying bite! Whatever it is that they coat it in has the perfect flavor to go with it. And there's some kind of broth that it's cooked in... let me tell you, that was heavenly! After I took my share“

“An expensive but very good choice for Chinese.Recommend the Peking duck and the Xiao Long Bao, the water spinach with preserves bean curb.Staff are friendly and helpful. However, unlike almost all Chinese restaurants I have experienced, they charge you for steamed rice. The prices they charge could easily cover some plain steamed rice. The Half Peking duck comes with 10 pieces of pancake. Be warned that if you need extra you better order at the same time as take about 15mins. Also the additional order is only 5 pieces for which they charge and is ridiculous they don’t inform you of this.Overall- great chive but you are nickel and dimed which is off-putting.“

“Been coming here since I was a kid and it's been my favorite place for Chinese food all these years. The quality of the food is fantastic and I think it's gotten better over time! Their sesame chicken was my favorite as a kid and since I became a pescatarian, their sesame tofu has become my favorite! They always managed to make their chicken so crisp and they do the same with their tofu! And the sesame sauce is my favorite I've had. Highly recommend!!!Kid-friendliness: As a kid I was in love with the decorations and art! Still love it as an adult“

“Really enjoy this place overall. The usual items we get like egg rolls and beef on a stick are always tasty and not too greasy. The chicken with garlic sauce is yummy. We found the chicken chow mein to be tasty, but wish there was a little more chicken quantity. Overall, very good and would recommend.“
