For the second time, ordering from Flaming Burritos on Seamless has led to aggravation, and no dinner... I hate trashing a local business, but we gave you the benefit of the doubt last time... Ordered around 7:20 PM Delivery estimate 8-8:10 PM Called at 8:20 PM to see where dinner was Very confused person put me on hold and then told me "we were very busy" and that dinner is "on the way" At 9:30 PM (after having long given up on my beef enchiladas and making dinner), door bell rings I sent the poor delivery guy packing - Seamless had already issued a refund and while Flaming treats its customers badly, I am not going to steal food from them. Get your act together guys! If you cannot handle dealing with Seamless orders, don't participate in Seamless.... I won't be ordering from you (or coming back to the restaurant) again, which is a shame as we have been loyal customers for years. Very disappointing...
