I was sorely disappointed but not surprised. Whenever I visit this location, I get similar results. Poor service, incorrect orders, and missing ingredients. The place is run like a mad house. It's always messy and food is everywhere. This was my last visit to this place.Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options
Extremely bad customer service.I ordered and paid for 3 bowls (1 steak & 2 chicken bowls) for take out. The 2 ladies at the counter were hurrying me to make selections of what went into each bowl. *The 1st lady did not put meat into any of my bowls*. After I told the 1st lady what I wanted in the first section (rice, bean & meat) the 2nd lady was already distracting me to tell her what I wanted from her section(salsa, corn, sause, lettuceetc) in each of my bowls. Today I placed an online order at noon for a 1pm pickup. I arrived 10min after 1pm thinking it would be a grab and go. So many customers were waiting for their pickup. Needless to say we were all frustrated. I only ordered chips and guac (not at all a difficult order since they are pre-packaged).
