Food was good; Drinks are very good

I have been to this location a couple of times in the past and never had an experience like this. I went earlier yesterday evening with my sister, just to grab a quick bite and drinks. I ordered fried calamari and breaded wings. The calamari came out first and I dug right in. My sister picked up a piece and there was a long strand of black hair on it that I didn't see. The owner or manager walked by SEVERAL times and not one time did he apologize for this or even acknowledge the situation. To be honest, no one acknowledged this, it was as if this is the norm. Instead, I heard a story of how someone asked for a boil bag with no sausage (as they do not eat pork), just for him to have some sausage in his food. The fact that the manager/owner walked by several times and just stared at our table, but didn't even extend the courtesy of an apology or to possibly offer something else (which I would have declined) is completely wild to me. The fact that lack luster food and poor sanitation seems to be the norm is horrible. I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again. Absolutely disgusted.
