The day my family and I visited, they had 10 flavors available and we enjoyed all, especially the Nutella, Strawberry, and Brown Sugar Milk Tea. “The hubby and I tried Tommy’s in Carteret this afternoon. Homemade chili, no beans. Nice, smooth bit of heat. It was good. I believe they are using a Sabrett hot dog. The onion rings were EXCELLENT! Everything was fresh and very tasty. This family has been selling hot dogs in the Carteret and Rahway area since the very early 1960’s. Jimmy who is the son of the original owner, Tommy was very friendly. He couldn’t have been happier to explain his menu offerings to us, and partake in some friendly conversation. Four hot dogs with two toppings on each, an order of onion rings, and a Diet Coke was $19. There are a couple of outdoor tables to sit at, or a no frills trailer to sit in. It’s not a fancy place, but we weren’t there for fancy. We were there for some good dawgs, and we got them. We will definitely be back for more, and to try the freshly made burgers and cheesesteaks.?“

“Let’s start off with how clever the name of this place is. I wish that the mochi doughnuts were a lil more gummy texture (that’s just my preference) it didn’t taste fresh. Other than that the flavor on top was very delicious. The flavors were strawberry cheesecake, matcha, milk&cookies, tiramisu; blueberry & taro. The Kdogs were amazing especially the sauces they have out by the entrance.. top tier! Definitely coming back for the Kdogs!“

“A staple on St. Georges Ave in Rahway in front of Rahway River Park. Pull up behind and park your car to get a few dogs how you like them. Mustard and kraut and sometimes chili for me. Been there since I attended Franklin elementary in starting in 1988 and still there today.“
