“I have no idea what everyone is complaining about. If you don't like the customer service or the attitude of the employees, then stop spoiling your children and have them work a service job. Notice how all the employees are older, do you want to work at Wholefoods when you are trying to pay rent and raise children? Are you going to smile when some pompous, spoiled, self-righteous, petulant, vapid, egotistical "work-from-home" type slams a pile of groceries that cost more than your rent on the conveyor? How exactly should they SERVE you? Sounds a lot like something else we abolished along time ago. You vote democrat, you want all your taxes put into programs that have proven not to work. This is the reality you created. You want to send people money for not working. Then don't expect people to work. Especially the way you want them to. If you want change in low wage service industry jobs, then that has to be better than the free money they get for doing nothing. It's not rocket science. Personally I love this Whole Foods. I know what I'm getting when I go here. It helps me educate my children as well. On eating healthy and the basics of economics and labor/worker happiness. Now go complain about your hardworking husbands that pay your way through life or your "horrible" finances job that gives you 10x a livable wage so you can vote for some brain dead politician that leaves office with 10s of millions pilfering the hardworking tax payers.”

“Me and my wife went in for a quick stop bite. There was this Mid height Indian guy. He was just so nice and easy. He gave me million options which I never knew even existed. He made me the most finest sandwich ever. My wife was so happy after eating it and went on other day to tip him, but unfortunately never saw him there for couple of days. Can you bring that guy back. “I have to start with by saying, If you are looking for ambiance and a scene, this is not the place for you but if you are looking for great food, then you found your spot!! El Fusionista is absolutely one of the best Peruvian restaurants that I have been to in a long time. Their food was outstanding, my wife and I started with a dinner special appetizer Octopus (w/Mashed Yuca), and their Ceviche which were both outstanding that we had to get a second order. For the entree's we went with classic Peruvian dishes, the Lomo Saltado and the Chaufa (Seafood) and they did not disappoint. The only thing that I was not happy with my choice was the dessert, I went with the Rice Pudding with Ice Cream, while it was good, was my least favorite part of dinner, should have listened to our waiter and gone with their signature dessert, the cheese cake but lucky for me I am not a big dessert guy and it did not dissuade me from giving high grades to this restaurant.”

As an investor in restaurants I'm very critical when visiting any restaurant and not often impressed even with well known critically acclaimed restaurants. It's very rare when a place has truly incredible food with every appetizer and entree as well as first class VIP vibes for service. You could literally taste the passion and care put into every plate with beautifully prepared flavorful abundant meals. In fact, it was the first time in almost a decade I brought home leftovers as the meal was delicious and easily sufficient for two people. Our entire table raved about their meals and the attentive but not obtrusive service was always there to refill our wine and assist without any of us having to look up for service. The food alone would have made for a great night but what truly made it memorable besides the great waitstaff was the manager, Eli. When was the last time a manager, GM or owner greated you at your table to share a polite, interesting and passionate conversation about the food and why they love sharing this experience with their valued customers? He made our entire table feel like VIPs and made perfect recommendations for wine and dessert. It felt more like we were in someone's home as we were there for close to 3-1/2 hours talking, eating, drinking and laughing. The ambiance is warm and unpretentious and the memories of a great experience will certainly bring us back again.”

Unfortunately, it was evident that they were understaffed (maybe it was just this one night? Things happen). The person who sat us was also the server, food runner, and busser; with all these responsibilities, it was impossible to be as attentive as I know they could have been because they were very sweet and polite. Despite the service, I would still recommend coming here because the quality of food is outstanding.”
