RUDE and have NO RESPECT for their customers. My boyfriend and I are local to WNY and we came across Sabor Veracruz a few months ago and have been getting take out from them regularly since then. They have a broad food selection which is the reason we ordered from there in the first place and it’s good food…nothing special, but good for a quick, easy bite. However, the staff/management are RUDE and have NO RESPECT for their customers. Unfortunately, as much as I want to support local businesses (especially during this pandemic), I cannot support this restaurant after how they managed a wrong order and treated my bf and me. Part of our take-out order was incorrect, which we figured out when we got home and opened the container. We called to get it corrected and instead of apologizing and offering to correct it, they got defensive and denied they got the order wrong and blamed it on us for ordering something wrong. So, now they’ve lost a local, frequent customer forever…all for a $7 sandwich. Very disappointing. Mistakes happen and I’m understanding of that, just take responsibility for them and be kind to your customers. I do not recommend giving your money to a business who treats their customers like this.
Love this place! All of the ingredients are super fresh and delivery via UberEATS is quick and easy.
