“Went for dinner here on a Monday evening. It was fairly busy but not too busy to have outstanding food and service. First time stopping in after driving by lots of times on 395. Wish I had been there before as I didn't know what I was missing! The sushi was so good, and I have had great homemade sushi to compare it to. Very high bar to meet! Had the ala carte menu and ordered seaweed salad, Gardnerville roll, Mountain roll and Marlon's roll. More than enough for two people and lots of leftovers. Total was around $58. Had water to drink. You can sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs or sit at a table. Ambience is very clean and kinda plain but I was there for the food and can't wait to go back!”

“Stopped here for lunch traveling along the 395. Free parking lot in front. Single store front lunch diner with seating inside and out. BLT with gluten free bread and salad was great. Staff was able to answer gluten free questions.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread so all sandwiches and salads can be made gluten free.”

“I haven't been to the Overland restaurant since it was Basque/family style. So, when a company I wanted to do business with was holding a seminar there... I wasn't very enthusiastic. My husband & I went & tried it.....it was wonderful!!! I had a French dip, he had a burger. We will definitely be returning!”

“I usually stop here on Sundays . I am always greeted by the staff which is pretty good since I am sure they are here early . I am not a morning person so it impresses me. They donuts are great , Coffee isn't bad. There is a little breakfast burrito I will get and the breakfast sandwiches looks great as well.”

“We go to Buckaroos every year for super bowl. The regulars are so kind to us by bringing in a huge potluck and including us. It's just a fun little place to hang out!!!”

“The owner, Julia, welcomed us in and served right away their two selections of cold brew, we Loved it. I personally love cold brew and nitro brews. The coffee comes in 12oz/2lb/5lb bags. We bought their winter, Sumatra, and Nevada black blends. Their cold brew new releases come in 12oz cans and will be avaliable late January, she said. The property is pretty big, but the sales floor is small. So I would recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait so long, and also to get the personal service needed in making good decisions. Like I always suggest and advocate for to support your local owned businesses. Enjoy...”

“A great local chinese buffet. Cheap lunch takeout meals. Always friendly but brings bill early. Limited drink selection. I love the white wine green beans, but sometimes terriaki chicken is dry. Excellent jalepeno beef/Hunan Chicken. Could use more decor but comfy seats and rare to wait/need reservations. Good overall.”

“ABSOLUTLEY MOUTH WATERING BEST PIZZA EVER!!!! I've eaten prontos since I was a 5 year old and now at age 18, I am confidently saying this when I say ive NEVER had a bad pizza it's always been absolutely delicious. The wings are very good but I've noticed that they sometimes have bad batches but that's not a deal breaker at all. Prices are pretty good and you get EASILY THE BEST PIZZA IN THE VALLEY!! 10 STARS NOT EVEN A QUESTION??”

“It’s amazing when we went here when it was almost Christmas they played the movie elf and there amazing and nice and there’s lampe park right next to it so if your kids wanna have fun they will keep ”

“Picked up a delicious loaf of the East Valley Farmhouse Seeded yesterday at Markleeville farmers’ market. The flavor is amazing and the crust is to die for! I will be ordering all the other breads to try them, too!”

“Food is top of my recommendation ?. I had a bacon cheeseburger and the meat and bacon was high end. Delicious. They are still making upgrades to the place. The flooring was being done in another room and the staff made sure we didn't have to hear or see while it while we enjoyed our lunch.”

“This is a local, small establishment. Been up and running four over twenty years. Currently, they are hosting an open mic night every second Wednesday and Saturday. On occasion, hosts fun activities like karaoke, pool, bingo, and more. Great place for watching sports!!!?????⚾️???”

“Went there for Valentine's Day, and the food was fantastic! My boyfriend had the ribeye steak and it was perfectly cooked! I had the filet mignon with shrimp scampi. All very delicious! Side dishes are delicious and very hearty, we took home the leftovers and ate it for lunch the next day! Ambiance is very nice for a date night! Service superb!”
