“Fabulous date night at Nami Nori. We both order the signature set which was phenomenal. Every piece was creative, so fresh and better than the last. We shared the tempura misto, wasabi cucumber tataki and the spicy tuna dip. The wasabi cucumber was a great choice and the green that we needed for the meal. Could have passed on the tempura. I loved the spicy tuna dip but my boyfriend said he rather grab more handrolls next time. We also got the mochurros and tbh, it's a pass for us. The WBurg location has a liquor license and the fun cocktails are not to be missed! Im not a fan of lychee martinis and my boyfriend ordered one off the menu and it was probably the best ones I've had. Attentive staff and such a beautiful venue. It's always so hard to get reservations but we saw plenty of open seats on a Saturday around 730/peak dinner, so definitely try walking in.“

“Long time since we couldn't have dinner here, always fully booked. So this time we got a chance. Very small, beautiful, and so vibe place. We had pasta and the best wine. Thanks to our server guy with curly hair, so it was so polite and very helpful. He helped to choose wine, and we love it. We come back for sure many times in the future. Thank you for chefs for delicious food.“

“Everything about this restaurant is simply superb! I have been to Bricolage multiple times because of their yummy food, the excellent service and their authentic ambiance. Everything in their menu is delicious, but the Coconut Green Curry Lamb Shank is to die for. It's so well marinated but not overly spicy, just makes it a super balanced dish. Their service is on point, I recently went with a large group, everyone got their food and drinks without any wait, even though the restaurant was full. I can't wait for the next time I go to Bricolage!“

“Fantastic on every level! Each dish we tried was a masterpiece and absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding beginning with the warm welcome we received, to the expert advice from the owners, and culminating with the attentive service from the wait staff. The wine, custom cocktail, and beer lists were interesting and eclectic, and we loved the wines and cocktails recommended by our server. All in all, we enjoyed a wonderful dining experience in a beautiful restaurant. I highly recommend Rangoon!“

“Such a great brunch spot! The portions are MASSIVE so you can definitely get a few things and share. Start with the biscuits for the table. The jelly is really good. I opted for the pancakes and while they were delicious, I wish there was a little less. Just felt terrible not being able to finish. One friend got the burger and the other the French toast. Both said they were delicious. Staff was incredibly friendly. I got there before my friends and they sat me while I waited for them which I really appreciated. I will be going back to try a few more things on the menu. Unfortunately the food was so good, I forgotto take photos but take my word for it!“

“When anyone asks me where to find the best chocolate croissant in Brooklyn, Runner and Stone comes out on the top of my list. The pastries are perfectly balanced. Buttery but not too greasy, crisp on the outside but airy and fluffy on the inside. My only complaint is that I always want more. The staff is always very attentive and patient.“

“Food so good I didn’t take a photo. Just dove right in. Probably the best chicken shawarma I’ve had in years. Limited seating but service was quick.Vegetarian options: Falafel of course. Other common sides like babaghanouj and hommous. But also grape leaves, lentil soup, tabouleh, and even a veggie combo plate.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. No obstruction.“

“Incredibly delicious coffee. The best cappuccino I've had in the neighborhood. Hamlet is a spacious and industrial-style neighborhood coffee spot. On a weekday, it's full of people on their laptops (which they may want to have better regulation for), but overall there's a lot of space and even more in the warmer months (outdoor backyard). Service is efficient and friendly. I will definitely be back for the coffee. It's hard to find espresso drinks that aren't burned! And Hamlet doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend!“

“Sandwiches are expensive here!! Around $17 so be prepared. The bread is phenomenal though. The triple chocolate croissant is delicious - very flaky and not too dry. Would recommend. The pistachio croissant was a tad too dry and wasn’t standout.“

“I visited Hibiscus Cafe less than an hour before closing on a Sunday evening. The café was really busy, and everyone (including myself) was ordering complicated drinks. A few folks ordered things that required ingredients that were out, and something like that could throw anyone off their game at the end of their shift. However, the woman working was handling everything so smoothly and efficiently, and she was just plain awesome. My matcha latte was also delicious! I can’t wait to go back!“

“The staff is professional and friendly. Their vegan dishes are beautifully prepared, spiced to perfection and taste delicious. The vegan burger is the best that I have had and better than many beef burgers. The vegan chocolate chip cookie is hands down the best on the city.“

“If you’re searching for the best local coffee shop, stop your search right now and head here immediately. I’m extremely picky when it comes to coffee, and by far, out of almost every coffee shop I tried in the neighborhood, Der Pioneer is the best. Delicious lattes with homemade caramel, delicious pastries. Cannot recommend it enough, I have to force myself not to go.“

“Planted is one of the best food options in downtown Brooklyn, especially if you are vegan and gluten free. The food is delicious and very fresh. The summer rolls and jackfruit tacos are amazing! They also have lots of yummie guilt free desserts. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. Very Zen. They even have a sauna in the back garden. Can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend it.“

“amazing gluten free pizza, pretty much the best i’ve tried in 2023 - hands down. may be better than keste if im honest — only thing is that it’s made in same oven as regular, in case you’re hyper sensitive or celiac.ordered the poplette pizza: meatball, mozzarella, carmelized onions — insane! wish i had a good pic, the crust was a DREAM.added plus is great natural and organic wine list - great red options, and fairly priced. atmosphere is chill, cozy and friendly.Dietary restrictions: offer robust gluten free options + staff cares, confirms details and parameters“
“the bachelor fruit brothers run this city and there’s no doubt about them having the best prices on the best produce you can find in the city. the juice is made to order with whatever you’d like and everytime i go i find something im impressed with and can’t wait to take home and munch on. love this place.“
“Best organic shop in the neighborhood. I’m kinda sad I’m moving to Williamsburg, there’s no place where I could buy everything I need like in Greenpoint Natural Market. They also have a little corner with hot soups, that’s it especially helpful during cold winter days.“

“What a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in I was in awe of the gorgeous offerings and beautiful clean space. Everyone was happy and in a great mood and that just instantly put me in a state of peace and stillness. While enjoying this quiet moment I was enthralled by the interesting matcha milk jam. I then turned around to see the pastries on offer and was instantly captivated! I had been familiar with their “basic” products because Bien Cuit supplies many coffeeshops around NYC with croissants but this was a whole different level… purple potato hot cross bun?!? Earl Grey lemon loaf!?! Mandarin fennel bread?!?Amazing amazing!I bought it all and shared it with a friend. An exciting culinary experience! Many thanks to Bien Cuit for helping to transform a fun afternoon into an exquisite one ?“

“I loved everything about this place. We got the juice flight which was so fun to try all the juices, the bagel with “lox” (roasted carrot) and it was sooooooo dang delicious and the warm grain bowl which had a great variety of flavors and textures. I love food that is creative and healthy. Service was the friendliest I’ve had in awhile in NYC. Already planning when I can come back!“
