Service was fast, courteous and helpful for our party of 6. We had the Chile Chicken, salted egg duck oil chicken and standard non spicy fried chicken along with 4 sides of pickled cucumbers, cauliflower gratin, bean salad, Yukon gold mash potatoes! Every thing was delicious, All the chicken was fresh, juicy and tender and cooked well! The atmosphere was upbeat and we were served bone broth as an appetizer to warm up our tastebuds! While not being heavy on customer service Pecking House made up in food. This spot is an order first then sit down FYI. Chili Chicken Sando -10/10 Chili oil *2 Piece Chicken Meal - 10/10 Orange Pepper Wet Wings 8/10 Cheddar Cornbread with Apple Honey 8/10 Charred Cucumbers with Ginger 10/10 Dirty Fried Rice 7/10 Salted Egg chicken 6/10 It's definitely worth a visit.

Great addition to the neighborhood. I got the sloppy po tofu sandwich and my husband got the chicken pieces. Personally, the reason it gets a 4 is because the sloppy po made the bread too soggy for my liking so it changed the taste a bit and made the eating experience super messy.
