“The staff here was incredibly kind to my boyfriend on his birthday, and to top it off the drinks they made us were superb. I always order the same thing--sweet cream cold brew with sweet cream foam and cookie crumble--and they made the best I ever had. Love this Starbucks!“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks, and though it could get a little crowded and busy at times, they are always working their hardest to serve customers daily like myself. They acknowledge me when I come in at times and I love and appreciate that as well! They also make my Iced Shaken Espresso the BEST!“

Personally, I prefer local coffee shops, but came here with a friend because it was after 5:30pm, and many of the neighborhood coffee shops were closed. I’d come back here, though!“

“This review has to do with the cup sleeves. Are you kidding me? They are paper thin. The coffee burn my hand. I had to hold the cup at the bottom until it cooled a little. I remember when these sleeves were twice the size they are now. Come on Starbucks, y'all should do better.“

“When I go to the Industrial City, I often order a coffee from this story. The store is located on the left side of the Costco and next to the Petco store.If they moved to the 2nd Avenue along the highway, I believe their business sales will be greatly improved.“

“Needs a restroom for customers, staff are kind about it fortunately. I don’t know why there’s no restroom. This Starbucks is very small. One small room really. But always like 60 people at once. And needs to provide slightly better service.“

“I came to the mall to return some items and was pleasantly surprised to see that a Starbucks had been put in the spot where the old bagel shop was. Usually I would have to go all the way over to the barclays centre the other side of the mall or upstairs and target, which can be a hassle when I'm going to the other side of the mall. Also some of the employees at the other locations in the area can be pretentious or crabby. So it was a fresh experience coming into a new location with super chill employees and good drinks.When I came in, it was all smizes and greetings. Good sign... The cashier/barista Herbie was super nice, as we chatted about my shield, likened to the Mandalorian and Daft Punk, lol. Before I knew it, he had whipped up my favorite, a flat white with pistachio sauce, iced and ready to go! I will be sure to visit this location going forward. It's refreshing to have a pleasant Sbux experience in these parts.“

“I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because of the excellence service I received from a young lady couple days ago. Shout out to Cara!!! She made my day from the second she smiled and greeted me. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was patient and gave me recommendations and then when I wanted a specific taste of my drink she remade it to perfection. Customer service was on point!“

“They have a decent sized place but they only a banquet bench with 4 small round tables with room for only 8 people to sit, if this is the new business model for Starbucks they will probably lose some customers…but they are really nice at this location ?“

“This Starbucks is very close to where I live, and I have to say, it's pretty good! The atmosphere inside is very cozy and inviting, and the people there are very friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes to make a drink, which is understandable since I usually go when it's crowded. Otherwise, this Starbucks is a great place to relax and enjoy some great pastries!“

“I am in this location M-F as it is the nearest Starbucks to my office. The staff is pleasant, fast and always accurate. Though I usually place a mobile order, my items are ready, well prepared and even include the straw and cup of ice I request once I'm in store. When I worked at Starbucks some years ago, the expectation was to have customers in and out of the store in 3 minutes or less. The partners at this location definitely do. “Happy to report that the drinks are the same as every other Starbucks I have been to in the country. However, the five stars is for the service. Incredibly nice staff, always happy to take your order, kind and pleasant. John, in particular,takes his time to say my name and gets it right without me having to correct him. That's worth five stars in my opinions. Agreed with other customers about limited seating, but the seats they do have are comfortable. The space has a light and airy feel, I have spent many hours here working or just taking a moment to enjoy my latte and people watch. It's right outside McCarren park so they hit the jackpot, location wise. I highly recommend this location.“

“Can't really say anything bad about this Starbucks location; it's conveniently located within the Atlantic Avenue Subway station. Although it's not huge, the line moves relatively quickly. You're able to order ahead on the Starbucks rewards application. My go-to is usually a shaken espresso with a pastry (Blueberry muffin or chocolate crossiant). I'm here from time to time since my preferred location is the one closer to Dekalb Avenue.“

“The best barista is Angel (that's his name)! I still can’t find the coffee that I like at Starbucks (I haven’t liked any of them yet), but I think that with Angel I will find my drink, because it’s always pleasant to come to him, he is courteous, polite, friendly , always offers interesting combinations of coffee, milk, syrup and so on. “Among the cafes around Dumbo, this is one of the easiest to find. Great for warming up on a cold day.The only drawback is that there is no bathroom.There is no electricity connected to the outlet installed under the chair, so charging is not possible.Perhaps because I went in before it got too crowded, I didn't have to wait long and was able to get a seat.I took refuge from the cold while waiting until Juliana Pizza opened. Thinking about it now, I should have gone to Luke's Lobster House instead of Juliana's Pizza.It's two lattes and it's a lot.“

“Yes, there are rude and unkind baristas there - I will not deny that. HOWEVER, there are amazing ones. Mia and Josh are both INCREDIBLE. So sweet and kind and polite and RESPECTFUL. Always smiling, doing their job quickly and efficiently, kind to their customers, etc. If you don't like something, they will make sure to make it right for you. They always try their best. They treat you like people. I have become very good friends with them. It's always a pleasure seeing them. I am grateful for them. I honestly think they deserve a promotion and/or raise. “I came in just before they were about to close. The barista was friendly and didn't rush me to order. I had the mocha cookie crumble frap, which was delicious, along with a double shot cappuccino. I appreciate the staff being polite and not rushing me.“

However, I am quit disappointed at the pettiness on the mobile app when ordering at this Ralph Georgetown location. For the last 4 days on the Mobile app they block oatmilk orders….saying there is no oatmilk. I went into the store only to find out from the person behind the register, “oh, I’m sorry we have limited oatmilk so we are only serving it to in person customers!!!” Like how ridiculous is that…are you saying in person customers are valued above mobile app customers???? I’m freaking lactose intolerant and secondly, I’m running to take care of my patients! Must I come in and be delayed waiting in your long line…just for oatmilk!!!“

“I visit this location pretty often and never experienced a bad service. All baristas are always polite and nice, ordering online was no problem either. Yes, during rush hour, ofc, your coffee won't be prepared right away, but in most cases, while I walked 7 minutes from home to the coffee shop, my coffee was already waiting for me at the counter.“

“I came to Brooklyn as a Canadian and I just wanted to say the Starbucks workers here are way friendlier than the ones back home or maybe I just had a good experience at this specific Starbucks one of the workers I don’t know his name, he’s a black young man with dreadlocks and tattoos is so cute and friendly he was talking to my sons and making jokes with them, and I wanted to come on here and hopefully he sees this but thank you you made my sons day and he’s fast and made our drinks less than 5 min and they were made with love. “There is a very big parking lot next to this place and easily you can reach there in and out for the highway. There are other shops and restaurants next to it like best buy, target kohls, five guys and .. they are very fast in providing the service. The only thing is that during covid you cant sit inside the place and you can not sit outside as there are not places available. “Small and compact Starbucks location right in front of the Fulton Street exit in Macys. I came here for a Lemon cake and Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. The seating is totally blocked off due to Covid, so don't expect to come here with your laptop and sit around for hours and hours. I much prefer the vibe here and the service friendly and swift. If you're just looking to get your coffee and go, this is your spot. If you're looking for a Starbucks to lounge around for a long period of time, this isn't the location for you!“
