“We dined at the Majors Restaurant in East Meadow. Dinner was delicious. I have no complaints about that. Here is my issue. Little, but it’s the principle. My husband ordered a cup of coffee after our $158 Dinner. The coffee came and when he put milk in it, I noticed it was really dark. I tasted it. WOW it was burnt, old & muddy. I called the waiter over and asked for a new brewed cup of coffee. He came back with a cup from the SAME pot. Normally I would of just moved on & left it. But when the bill came we were charged $3.50. For 1 cup of burnt coffee? Sorry it was the principle. If you are going to charge your clients $3.50 for a cup of coffee, invest in a Keurig where every cup is fresh. You make a great margin per cup?“

“Food and service was excellent. Two of us had filet mignon and lobster tail. DELICIOUS . One person had the Jakes Filet mignon. DELICIOUS. Side dishes were excellent. Home fries, Brussel sprouts with bacon and mashed cauliflower with bacon. Dessert was tiramisu and apple crisp. Yummy . Our waiter Eddie was great. Gave us great recommendations and service.“

“My hubby and I had dinner here for the first time and it was my birthday. From the moment we were seated, the service was spectacular! We had a total of 3 different servers, all female, and all were phenomenal. I forgot their names, unfortunately but again, they were all amazing and most importantly, friendly! We ordered a bunch of appetizers and the sunrise special roll was SO delicious!!! Our entrees were perfectly cooked, and dessert was on point. The server knew it was my birthday and brought out complimentary doughnuts with a lit candle - I thought this was so nice of them! The night was perfect and of course, cannot forget the talented and entertaining, Vincent Rhodes, who did an incredible job at signing and performing Scenes from an Italian Restaurant!! Brava!“

“I’m just shy of 50 and this is my first time in LI while residing in NY my entire life. My gf and I came down from Saratoga last minute after our trip to Lauderdale was canceled. “Formerly Palaminos, now Nunzi's is a great place to go out for a delicious meal and some cocktails. The inside was beautifully done over with great modern decor and the food is amazing. Went with my wife and some friends( a party of 5) and each one really enjoyed their meal. My wife had the wild caught Salmon, I had the grilled chicken BLT, our friends had the Lemon chicken, pear salad with chicken and my buddy had the stuffed filet of sole... the sides ranged from delicious homemade mashed potatoes, to fresh broccoli and carrots to nice crispy fries. All came out with beautiful presentation...Hopefully the place will catch on and do well since the name change... Whoever tries it will be back. I'll be back!!“

They brought out the dessert with a candle for the birthday honoree (by request). The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly to each of our temperature requests. Would not recommend the poutine. Bar is all non alcoholic.“
