The bubble tea was delicious, with lots of choices on the menu, and the staff was so nice!! It shares a space with WayBack Burger so you can get food too. There is lots of seating, a great place to hang out.
I'm obsessed! This is my third day in a row, all the bubble tea is so fresh and delicious. They have amazing variety too and can customize everything. The egg waffles are seriously phenomenal too. The owners are also SO sweet and friendly, can't beat the service. So happy I found Tsaocaa; love it!Parking: They're inside of Jake's Wayback!
