The young man behind the counter was very polite and had a great sense of humor. He greeted us with a smile. We went in for the Tuesday special, one cheese pie, baked ziti, one hero and a salad. We added a second hero, there were six of us for dinner and there was more than enough food.
I have to tell you when things go wrong your kids are fighting or hungry bring them to Carlito's the food is awesome I had a problem and the owner stepped up to the plate that's the kind of pizzeria we need around here I tip my hat off to the owner/ manager when things get rough take it easy put your mind and thought together and call and order on phone or online CARLITO'S your day just got better and your kids are smiling I would like to wish this awesome place a very Merry Christmas...read full review

We've tried just about every pizza place in the Patchogue/Medford area and Carlito's is by far our favorite. Now we order from here almost every week. Perfect crust - not too doughy, not too thin. The sauce is rich and flavorful. Fast delivery. And most importantly the pizza is consistently fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
