“I love Giancarlo’s! We always get the arancini for an app. For the first time we got the salad with the goat cheese and pine nuts, and the 8oz filet. Everything was perfect. The raspberry martini is my favorite drink there!!! Our server was Jake and he was exceptional! If I’m being honest this was our 4th time dining there and every time the food and service have been phenomenal! I’m already looking forward to the next time.“

“We move to this area a few months ago and drove by the country cottage many times and we finally decided to try the breakfast. It was outstanding! The wait time was very short even when it was busy. Everyone who works there is friendly and fun and in the back is an incredible chef who went to the NYC Culinary School and rumor has it he was offered a job in a Michelin Star vegan restaurant in NYC and turned it down to come work in Lancaster! Their vegan Buffalo Wing soup is out of this world!! I always order their meal prep. Five awesome meals...big enough to share! Always delicious! Their hours are limited to Friday & Saturday. They have a great breakfast & lunch menu. Plus a deli case full of wonderful vegan things like vegan "egg" salad, "chicken" salad made from chick peas, hummus, "cheese" for nachos..they also have amazing smoothies & great coffee. Nice selection of healthy baked goods like muffins and cookies and fantastic sour dough bread! It's a tiny place with maybe 6 tables and chairs...it's charming. It wasn't a thick fluffy pan pizza Detroit style crust but it did taste very good. My partner got regular pizza and he loved it. I like their sauce it wasn't too sweet but it still had some sweetness. The wings or meaty. We got extra sauce and it definitely was very saucy what you really like. Definitely will be going back! The only sad thing I am one of those weirdos who likes ham pineapple and mild pepper rings on my pizza. They don't have pineapple and mild pepper rings.“
