Gluten-Free Restaurants near Glens Falls, NY

“Our first visit today. We checked the hours online so we could stop by and pick up something for family outside of NY. We failed to note that they do phone orders for fresh pickup. So when we arrived, the doors locked so we called. The owner picked up and enlightened me they do order pickups. I told her that we had hoped to purchase some gluten free items for family out of State. She offered me their baked goods that were in their freezer and usually shipped. She opened the shop and showed me a variety of goods in their large freezer. I chose a blueberry crumb cake and a variety of cookies, all gluten free.
A few hours later, we were sampling and enjoying the delicious baked goods.

“This is an exceptional bakery which uses all natural pesticide free ‘green’ ingredients! Their bread is so delicious that it is also sold all over NY! How would I know? My father used to have a Bagel Bakery on Long Island and he rolled them by hand. My Grandfather brought bagels to the United States. This bread is the real thing!“

“Danielle and Jimmy were absolutely amazing to work with! They delivered a delicious breakfast for my bridesmaids the morning of my wedding and then the next day delivered another breakfast for all of our guests! Danielle made a vase of flowers for me for my wedding. It was so sweet and such a nice gesture! Their food is delicious and my guests were thankful for a treat the morning after our wedding! “Just stopped for lunch in Queensbury and ordered the collosal buttered lobster roll. Nothing collosal about it. It was on a hot dog rol. Ok amount of lobster meat, but had to a terrible taste. Told our waiter and right away,no questions as,he was very accommodating and took the cost off the bill. His name was Emil, very friendly and great service. Just disappointed with the food. He did offer to get me something else, but I told him no thank you. I don't recommend the lobster roll, especially for $30.“

“our family stopped here for a meal before heading home after a short weekend getaway. we have some members of our family that are gluten free and O'Tooles was awesome for this. we had originally stopped at a different restaurant before o'tooles and we sat down there and after asking a lot of questions about ingredients, we realized they didn't have enough options for us and we left. So after a quick new search... we found O'Toole's nearby and boy are we glad we left the other place! O'Tooles provided a great meal and our waitress, Tracey, was awesome! she answered many of our ingredient questions and had no issues asking the chef when she wasn't sure. she confirmed the gluten free breaded items do have a gluten free breading that is simply cornstarch and rice flour. and they are fried in their own dedicated fryer. that meant.... yes!... gf fried calamari! if anyone is GF, you know that is a treat! they also had gluten free breaded chicken fingers and gluten free (not breaded) wings. (they also had other gf options - pasta ,etc, I don't remember them all). collectively, this is what we ordered for dinner and I'll note the gluten free items: -bourbon burger with beer battered fries (both NOT gf) -buffalo chicken wrap (gf breaded chicken+ gf wrap) with gf French fries (different than the beer battered ones) -plain flatbread pizza (gf cauliflower crust) -sirloin steak (naturally gf) with sweet potato fries (gf) thank you, O'Tooles, for having great food and great gluten free options! our meal was great. and thank you to Tracey for being extra awesome! highly recommend!“
