We liked everything. We came 45 minutes before closing time with 2 little kids and they entertained us . We were the last being “swept out” but there was no rush. Really appreciated this customer friendliness!Had their special breakfast and Enchiladas and their chicken club.Couldn’t finish it!

I will probably never know how good it was.I arrived on a Wednesday morning, February 7th at 9 to find it not open. The sign that posts the ‘New’ hours suggested that it is closed Monday and Tuesday but should be open at 7:30am the rest of the week - including Wednesday. So I went to the Hill-Vie diner and they told me that the Villa is permanently closed.

Food is actually decent but if you are not from the area or a minority expect to be treated poorly and stared at by the other locals.

Restaurant dining room is tastefully decorated. Had breakfast of bacon eggs toast potatoes & it tasted a little odd. Coffee was great & the service was excellent. But within 20 mins of leaving I was running to find the closest bathroom Strange, but it was the only thing I ate that morning. Have ate at this restaurant several times in the past & the experiences were all positive.Parking: Okay, seems adequate.

Went there for breakfast when visiting our son at Niagara University. Small place and there was a wait for a table but I can see why. The food was delicious! It took quite a while to get our food (that's why the 4 stars) but it was very busy in there and the server kept our coffees refilled while we waited. Definitely worth the wait and we will go back the next time we're at NU!

Great portions. Had 5 people in my party not a long wait. Waitress got our orders correct the 1st time. Very patient taking our order and very knowledgeable about all dishes. I ordered hot ham and Swiss I got the djion on the side pretty spicy tasted alot like spicy horseradish sauce to my taste buds. Their potatoes were nicely seasoned with paprika and comes in big sized chunks. Love fresh flowers on tables! Nice atmosphere. Diner bar seating available.Vegetarian options: Oatmeal and no meat options and omelets. Build your own breakfast and grilled cheese.Parking: Free parking. Partly wraps around building has more then 1 business like a long building with 3 shops.Kid-friendliness: Nice environment and seating outside.
