“I was here a couple weeks ago. Very welcoming and friendly. I came here by myself sat at the bar. The attention to detail was there, the bartender was great with information on Japanese whiskey and cocktails. The dessert was blew my tastes bud away.“

One of my foodie friends and I decided to meet up. We always try to go to a new place that we both haven't tried - and we ended up here at Suzuki Shokudo. I tried the following: - Takoyaki (Octopus Balls) - Salmon Chirashi Dinner - Uni Sashimi My friend ordered an entree and also tried their Blue Fin Tuna. All of the food was delicious and super fresh. Service, food, and ambiance were authentically Japanese! Definitely worth a trip if you're in the Long Island City / Queens area. My friend ordered extra food for dinner for her boyfriend. My friend and her boyfriend went back to eat there a week later. NOM NOM NOM. ENJOY!!“

“It’s in a food bazaar so the atmosphere is chaos ?But my mom and I are known there. We get the usual spring rolls or chicken teriyaki. They are nice, friendly and have good food.My go to guy is the tall Asian guy there!He is very kind to myMother which I appreciate.Thank you!Vegetarian options: The sides and probably can opt out for it getting meat and do veggies rice and sauce. They use the same grill too but you can ask for them to clean it to avoid cross contamination“

“We started off with some tasty cocktails: A Japanese twist on a margarita and an amazing whiskey-based pink one (the name escapes me but it was truly unique and delicious. We had their rendition of a Caeser salad, which was enormous. The deep fried burrata was also quite big… and truly unique and scrumptious. I could have drank the cheesy broth all night. The fried hen was nice. The black cod was as well. The sticky pudding with lime ice cream dessert was massive, but the two of us managed. Also - get the potatoes…. A great compliment to everything.“
