Went for a bite with my bbf and had a lovely time. They have a huge selection of sake and the staff is very friendly. We sat at the bar and never felt rushed, the food was creative and the fish fresh and delicious. The escargot comes with a little grill to toast your bread, so cute. Can’t wait to return!
Rainy days means that it’s time to seek shelter in your local café. This time, I went to BBF, a cute cafe turned restaurant/bar at nighttime, to get some work done!The interior of this restaurant feels comfy, with soft lighting and woody decor. During the afternoon, they serve actual food on top of their usual coffee/tea drinks and pastries. BBF was recommended by my Japanese colleague and they said it’s really authentic with outstanding flavor. We were craving for Japanese Bento so we decided to give it a try.There were also pastries available but we are not into Japanese pastries. We had their Katsu Sando and Burger Steak to share. The Katsu was fried perfectly but the toast was a little dry. I preferred the juicy and flavorful burger steak.
