“Delicious tea - not too sweet even at the regular sugar amount. There’s options to adjust sugar and ice levels. Lots of flavors offered and a generous amount of bubbles.The store has a variety of East Asian snacks as well, ranging from candy and noodles to sauce.The staff member was very friendly also. Highly recommend supporting this local shop instead of the various chains around“

“Came in last night around 7:30pm. The girl taking my order seem like she didn’t want to be there and not the friendliest. I was a bit intimated and shy to order more as she seemed annoyed the more the I ordered. The girl bringing my food out was lovely! Made sure I was satisfied with my food, and named every dish as it came out & overall very upbeat. I didn’t grab her name but she & beef noodle made my experience lovely!!“

“Visit #2: The wait is still long on the weekends so it seems like the quality of their drinks is still good! This time I went with the mango grapefruit sago and I liked it. Then again what's not to like about a drink that's inspired by one of the best summer desserts, mango pomelo sago. I liked that they provide a bag and cup holders for 2 drinks or more.Visit #1: This place was super crowded on the weekend. The wait was at least 30 minutes but they had a TV screen where you could check if your order was ready or not. They have multiple ways to order which is probably why they were so busy. You can order at the counter, via their app or Wechat. There were a lot of staff working nonstop to push out the orders though.I tried the non-slushy version of the grape boom tea and it was so refreshing. The tea flavor was light but there was also a hint of grape flavor too. I really enjoyed the jelly that was added to the drink. If it wasn't so expensive, I would definitely get this on a weekly or daily basis. Next time, I think I'll try their other bestseller, the mango grapefruit sago.“

“I got the roasted oolong with the signature foam today and it was excellent. The oolong had excellent flavor and the foam made the drink creamy and paired perfectly with the bold tea flavor. The boba was the perfect texture and sweetness too. This was my ideal boba drink that I’m always hoping for when I get boba. I loved it! The drink was also made in a couple minutes. I had such a great experience!“

“One sip of the passion fruit smoothie and I felt like I was on a tropical island! Packed with mango and passion fruit and kale and spinach, it's hearty yet sweet and has all the flavors of Hawaii. Love it and the guy at the register was so sweet and even gave me a sample. Can't wait to come back. 5 stars!!!!“

“It was a little tight seating wise but also one of the only places in the area I could find with seating. The price to seating size was almost perfect and it was some of th3 best fried rice I've ever had. The dumplings I stole off my partners plate were good too :^)They have self order kiosks so if you wanted to you would t if had to talk to anyone. It was fantastic and a great place to chill out at the end of a long day of walking“

“I'm so impressed by the quality of the drinks I've gotten from here!! Yesterday, I ordered the strawberry mango yakult drink with crystal pearls. Even though mangoes aren't in season yet, the fresh mango slices were perfectly ripe and sweet!! No weird green taste or fibrous texture. The mangoes and strawberries (also super fresh and tasty) were also cut to the perfect size, so that I could easily drink/eat them through the straw. I've also gotten the mango slush with cheese foam, which was delicious. Overall, the drinks are just as delicious as those from the Pell street location. And on top of that, this store is more conveniently located in relation to the subway, and has way more space for people to sit down and enjoy their drinks. There was way less of a line here too, even on a Tuesday afternoon as the place filled up with NYU kids. They had managing the order and pick up lines down to a science here, unlike on Pell street where after ordering I'd find myself squished between the piano and 12 other people waiting for their drinks to come out.“

“Love their Taro bubble tea with Lychee. The place looks old from the outside. The staff hardly speaks English. But I went for their bubble tea not for conversation so it's fine! I had a hard time asking for a specific decaffeinated tea though. They ended up giving my friend palpitations as they didnt take the order correctly for her tea. It's always better to have a staff that can understand English.“
