“A+ ok hear me out, perfect spot after Central Park. Make reservations or do the food delivery/to go. We dined in and what an experience. Upper west side Manhattan dining experience for great price. We had too much food so had some to go and had a late night snack! Chicken wings weren't soggy, Mac and cheese were great! I'd say the chicken strip, chicken wings, and Kim chee fried rice were a good choice. Kids (4,7,9) loved the wings and Mac&cheese.Once we got back to our hotel(NJ), the wings were still good !!! BTW the wings aren't small, great size!!So that's why I say if you show up and it's full, take it home! Servers were great and cooks were great. Bussers worked their buttons off!!! I'd sat 5 star dine in or to go!“

I waited for around 10 minutes. The portion size was as expected. I'm not sure I could get behind the flavor because the heat was the standout. I wish I got a better depth of flavor rather than spicy. You also need to buy water if you want it.“

“I loved Chunky Boss! I came 2 days in a row. The person at the counter is knowledgeable of the menu and gives great recommendations on the best items to order. I highly recommend the pepper flavored chicken cutlet, fries and lychee green tea combo. SO good! I will definitely come back again when I visit NYC next time!“

“One of my favorite cheap eats in Manhattan. I cannot explain how much I love this place. You go up to the counter to order and the food is ready within 5 minutes and served directly to your small table. And even though the restaurant itself is tiny, there always seems to be an open seat as people eat and leave very quickly. I ordered the Fried Chicken Rice and it was delicious!! Although there isn't a lot of chicken, the fried bits are fried to perfection as it isn't too oily and full of flavor. I especially liked dipping it into the sour and spicy sauce which elevated the chicken. The rice is also to die for as it is seeped with chicken broth, you can just eat this alone without anything else. Also, the soup is incredible as I love how much white pepper they put into the broth, the flavors are so incredibly intense. I love ME Chicken Rice. Probably top 10 favorite eats in NYC!“

“Order on the kiosk. Wait for your number to be called. Chicken cooked nicely. Ginger rice is ok. The soup on the side is a win win. Most side soups are boring. This soup taste fresh and nicely seasoned. The side spicy tamarind sauce for me is the best part!! Been here a few times. Mix chicken rice for $10.“

“I actually ended up in this place by mistake but im glad I found it. The place is small so there is no seating area. You order the food from a kiosk. The staff was a friendly guy and the place looks clean. The food was really good I enjoy it. I was so hungry that I fail to take pic but I can assure you it was good. Just an fyi be careful when opening the small soup container it might just leak all over you.“

“I had the 2 piece combo with fries. I also had a chicken tender, and mac n cheese.I love the fried chicken and the mac n cheese. The chicken breast was juicy and not dry. The fries and tender were good. The cole slaw was okay.There's plenty of seating. I ordered at the kiosk. You could just fill up on the combo, but if you want more stuff it gets expensive.“

“The fried chicken tastes delicious and you actually get meat with your order. Not just fried bones with little to no meat like some places around there. You can taste the seasoning on the chicken and even the fries (I assume they cook it all in the same oil). It’s a staple in the neighborhood. They also sell other types of meats and sides like rice and beans, plantains, spaghetti, fish, you name it they have it! And it’s delicious too. Definitely going back whenever I’m around that area.“

“I was so sad I never got to try Bessou at their brick and mortar store in Noho area, and while the menu at this food stand in Market 57 is much more limited and lacking some of the interesting brunch/noodle items that I was eyeing at their old storefront, they still deliver some tasty bites. Got 7 piece karaage chicken, which was tender and very generous in size. The sauces were delicious and fun, like the yuzu verde, but ultimately, the spicy mayo was my favorite. Also got the salmon crispy rice, which was delicious and had a large portion of fresh salmon, topped with roe and capers. Delish! Solid food court option.“

“I tried Jollibee because it was going crazy on the internet. But, I found it to be nothing special. It wasn’t nasty, but I don’t even remember the taste of the chicken. All I can remember is that the spaghetti is sweet and the mashed potatoes and gravy taste just like KFCs’. And, I only got the potatoes because the cashier recommended it because it’s his favorite… I probably should’ve tried the adobo.“
