I came here because I heard it was a restaurant run by Top Chef's Tom Colicchio. I came here with high expectations, and it really lived up to my expectations. I was impressed because the pork was cooked so neatly. However, the braised beef rib(?) was too salty for Korean tastes... ? Other than that, it was the best.
We had a wonderful 1 year anniversary thanks to Matthew and the whole team. He provided exceptional care! Thank you all so much and we will be back for future anniversaries! Jason and Johanna
