My googled a restaurant near by from where we were and he found this one with good reviews and we decided to try.The food was great (empanadas, ceviche, jalea, camarones and of course fries yuca), drinks were very good too. The staff was very nice and friendly. Because I had to walk back to Times Square from pier 83, I blindly selected this store on the way. It was very quiet in front of the door. I thought it was not open. After entering, I found that it was very big inside and the atmosphere was very good.We ordered a soup, a starter, and three main dishes; the portions were very large, and we felt a little full after finishing the appetizers. I eat here pretty much every time I'm in New York.Is it the best Peruvian food I've ever had? No...that restaurant is actually a few blocks away. But it's sold, and consistent with excellent service.The restaurant is well maintained, beautiful and has great atmosphere.
