So far so good, and when you see papusas with loroco, a Central American herb commonly added to papusas as one of the options I knew I was in the right place. I ordered three - loroco, chipilin, and chicharron. All were delicious - a little char on the outside, full of hot melted cheese and awesome with a bit of their green chile sauce to provide some kick.
