“Let’s talk Hamentashen. Better yet let’s talk Classic Hamentashen; prune, mohn, apricot. Not so Easy to find these days and often awful, especially the super dry undercooked doughy bagel bakery or supermarket variety. I am pleased to report that Zuckers Hamentashen are superb! Crisp dough, slightly sugar glazed and melt in your mouth fillings. Get em FRESH in store at Plainview. You’ll thank me later.“

“I started buying these 25 years ago as party favors at my daughters birthday parties. They were such a hit I did it for a few years. The kids loved them so much, friends got them for their partie favors also. I am now buying them for my grandchildren. I highly recommend it. Everything you need is included and cookies are easy enough for kids to do without frustration“

“Some of the best cookies I ever tasted. Me and some work colleagues accidentally walked a mile to the factory instead of the actual cookie store on accident. instead of turning us around the owner came out, gave us a tour of the factory and gave us cookies and a story about how they got started. It was an amazing gesture, I recommend these cookies and they have the best business opportunity if you’re interested in opening a store yourself great people great service great cookies.“

“Brian designed our dream cake for our October Friday the 13th wedding. We went in with some ideas, bits and pieces from multiple photos and what was created blew our minds. Everyone was speechless when it came out. Aside from the delicious taste of the cake itself the details and time that was poured into it is one that we truly appreciate and love. We been to the shop multiple times before the wedding just to grab some goodies because everything is tasty and above the typical/traditional desserts you’d expect. Highly recommended bakery for sure.“

“Nice new location for Paris Baguette in Plainview Shopping Centre! Just what this area needed, another a pastry and cake shop as an option. Love PB cakes and pastries. Definitely spacious as one walks in to look and select pastries, cakes, sandwiches, drinks they wish to purchase and either dine in or take out. Cakes are nice and cream is light and not heavy. If you need a cake with writing, need to pre-order at least 2 days in advance for pickup. Mochi donuts are delicious and good to share, along with the pastries. They have seasonal specials and special promos for PB members who have signed up and use the app. PB reward members earn points with the app for every purchase so don't forget to scan. And if redeeming rewards, only one reward can be redeemed at a time.“

“Absolutely incredible! Everything is perfect from here! I would say the Linzers are top tier! The Linzers are just perfect surpringly light with great jelly. You would expect a lot of these desserts to be very heavy but they actually are not crazy. Everything is just flavored perfectly you would thing a brownie crammed with a rainbow cookie would be very rich surprisingly it was just right. They really hit it out of the park with everything. My only wish is that you could get smaller portions of the regular cookies I didn't feel like shelling oit $20 for a pound while I was already trying all this other stuff. Maybe a half pound option or make like an uncut brick of tricolor cookies.“

“Crumbl is a modern, house-made, pickup-and-delivery only, trendy cookie chain with a spot here in Long Island.There's a decent selection of cookies available, all made from scratch in the shop, which is pretty incredible. The space is mostly bakery, with very little space up front for ordering and picking up. They have a couple of self order kiosks, and a tv with the options and prices right above. There's also a little display of the cookies by the register so you can see what they'll look like. Unfortunately there's no seating available, and they'll kick you out if you try to squat on the window ledge. Otherwise the staff is friendly, double checking orders and having a good time.I went for the classic chocolate chip, which wasn't too sweet, nice and crispy on the outside, and super soft on the inside. Mine was a little underbaked in the middle, but I'm not sure if that's how they come or if mine was just underdone. I do typically like mine a little sweeter, but it was still pretty good.Overall, a solid spot that I'll definitely check out again sometime.“

“Kerber's is an adorable, idyllic farm stand in the middle of Huntington. Everything I've ever had from there is delicious! The eggs on a biscuit is delightful as is or even more decadent with cheese and bacon added. The carrot farm muffin blew me away! (I am admittedly a huge carrot muffin fan). I have always been helped relatively quickly and the food comes out in a timely manner. I recommend to locals or visitors! I look forward to trying a class there at some point“

“It was the best Dominican food I've ever had! We had homemade pastelillos, Tres golpes, mangu con cebolla, chicharrón de pollo con huesos, and a merengue soda. The staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way to accommodate any request we had. The food was fresh and amazing. I'm glad I found this restaurant.“

“The food was amazing, I got the Texas Hold ‘em but with grilled chicken and they did an amazing job. They cook the chicken/bacon right in front of your eyes, plus the food tastes incredibly fresh. I recommend getting one of their panini’s, they know what they are doing and most likely what they have on the menu is a really good idea.The place has a huge drink selection on the wall, a few shelves full of chips, and the menu is incredibly easy to read and it actually includes the ingredients which you don’t see anymore nowadays.The staff was super nice and took your order quickly, somehow the (I believe manager) remembered my order (Texas hold ‘em with grilled chicken) in just three visits.Sadly soon I’ll have to leave New York and won’t be able to eat here anytime soon, but I will remember this place.“

“Just simply the best Italian bakery on Long Island. Every baked good they make is incredibly delicious. This bakery is always busy so nothing ever sits on a shelf for a long time. So you're pretty much always guaranteed something fresh.There Italian bread is some of the best around, and their rainbow and jelly filled chocolate dipped cookies are my absolute favorites! But truthfully you can't go wrong and on top of it during the summer they serve Italian ice which is very good. I bring Pattsy's to my family's Thanksgiving dinner every year it's a tradition.“

True to form , they also sell 'biscuits and cakes' made there , also .The pizzas are an added treat , and are priced at less than $2.00/slice currently , and after 9:00 p.m. a slice is just $1.50 ! . “Nice place, but waaaaaaaay over priced. $6 for carrots ? they're definitely taking advantage of the affluent neighborhood. Bought a small apple pie ($23) and it tasted good but it's like a jiffy pop popcorn, obnoxiously high crust so you can't cut a slice cleanly, definitely can NOT serve this to guests, impossible to plate (see pics) also a small 6" zucchini bread ($8.95) it was good.“

“Whenever I'm in Merrick, which is usually two or three times a month, I always stop at Bagelman of Merrick. They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches and their tuna and chicken salads are always a welcome sight back home. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful no matter what variety I get. I've come to know the owner, Boris, and his staff, and they are always most helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Merrick.“

I don't think most people would even realize that they serve food it just looks like a small bakery. Don't let that intimidate you sit at one of the tables. “I stopped in to Emilia’s Bakehouse Café on Walt Whitman Rd in Melville yesterday (they have another location in E. Northport) and boy, was I glad I did! I entered into a well-lit shop filled with pastries, scones, cookies, brownies, croissants, breads and quiches, etc. and was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile by 2 attractive young ladies. It was a great vibe just being there, very stress relieving. The chocolate brownie is perfection in texture and taste! The scones and peanut butter coconut power bites are delicious! Their organic Colombian coffee is the bomb, and you can get it with your favorite milk - for me it’s Oat Planet oat milk. Stop in, it’ll make your day! A feast for the eyes and tastebuds :)“

“The owner is a world class j**** He initiated a confrontation with me in the parking lot. I was going through my purchases when he said in a surly, tough guy manner: You're not going to return that, are you. I thought he was joking. I responded: No just checking to see if the order was correct. He then says: My kids are smart, It's the customers who are idiots. As he was backing his car out I must have had my WTF face on as I was shaking my head. He lowered his window and started in with an insane rant. Told him he was rude and insulting and I didn't want to hear it. He continued even as I got in my car. This guy was crazy enough that he could have gotten violent. The sad part is, for years I have been patronizing Fiorello Dolce even though it is a 20 minute drive from home. I have also recommended them to several people as the best bakery around. You can be sure of two things: I will never go back there again and I will share this story with as many people as possible.“
