Salad Restaurants near Plattsburgh

“Came to Twisted Carrot with my boyfriend and the vibe was so cute! Small restaurant so there was a little wait but not too bad. The servers were all very nice and the bartender was charismatic and fun. We started off with drinks, I got the margarita and he got a jack and coke (they didn't have jack though so some other whisky). The drinks were delicious and not overpriced. We got the eggrolls to start and they were really good with a unique delicious sauce. For dinner we shared the chicken sandwich and the pork chop (we subbed the carb for mashed potatoes), the chicken sandwich was good but nothing super special, could've had more flavor. The pork chop with mashed potatoes was actually life changing though. There was some kind of sauce on there I will think about probably forever and ever. It was so amazing. Boyfriend cleaned every plate, of course. We also had drinks after dinner, I can't remember the name of either of them but they were under the sweet treat category. The drink I had consisted of peanut butter whiskey, vanilla vodka, and I think some kind of orange liqueur. It was really wonderful and the perfect way to end a meal. My boyfriends drink was more of an experience/desert and came with a shot, ice cream, and a cookie, which i think you're supposed to mix all together or just do what you want with it. Anyways, we were both very happy and left needing a nap. Bill wasn't bad for how much we got, I think around 110.“

“My husband and I went to Chick Fil A in Plattsburgh at 10:42 a.m. so impressed by Bianka S in terms of friendliness, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Our food was excellent!!!!! We do not wish to visit any other fast food place except Chick Fil A. We travel from Vermont just to have a great meal here!!! We were welcomed warmly and felt appreciated for our business! “We were sightseeing in the Adirondacks region and happened to stop by Plattsburgh Sourdough Company Bakery because we like good sourdough bread. After we asked about good BBQ in the area, Chris (Front Counter) HIGHLY recommended Jenn's. We're from Sam Antonio, Tx and have visited several of the TOP BBQ places in the state. We both agree that Jenn's is right up there with the best! We tried brisket, jalapeño-cheese sausage, pulled pork and ribs. For sides, we had macaroni salad, onion rings and potato salad. We tried the Regular and Spicy sauces. Everything was AWESOME! The brisket was probably a close FIRST PLACE with the rest in SECOND PLACE. ? All the sides were really good but the onion rings were outstanding. The Spicy Sauce was my favorite; wife preferred the Regular Sauce. The service was good and the restaurant is very clean (including the restrooms). We had the good fortune to meet THE PITMASTER, Jenn. She's one hard working (and personable) lady that strives to serve the best food possible. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jenn's if you're up for good BBQ in the Plattsburgh area. “McKees was such a cute place. Absolutely delicious. The server was friendly & knowledgeable. Considering it was a Friday night & packed, we were well taken care of. French Onion Soup was fantastic.
