To start with, after three months, I am back to NYC and am so excited to explore new restaurants. We wanted to try Hispanic food during our visit in Astoria and found La Catrina’s by chance.Overall, it was a great dining experience. The portions were large and people were lovely. The only thing I can complain is the wait time, but that is understandable on a Friday night.I personally tried Bistec A La mexicana and can vouch for it!
We were big fans of their food and overall atmosphere. We were looking for a late night meal on a weekday and this did not disappoint. Slightly on the expensive side but that is all of NYC! I would recommend.

Visited Friday 5/10/24 The vibe is really nice love the decorations. The music was a little loud. The service was great by Carolina and Gabriella. The bathroom was nice and clean and very comfortable. The only complaint that I had was that the octopus tacos a little tough to eat. I bought it up to the managers attention and he said thank you.
