I've been living in Ridgewood for a few years now and it's my first time checking out Rolos! It was pretty good! The burgers were just ok, it definitely had a burnt taste which might be a flavor some are looking for. The crispy potato's "war style" were AMAZING! Overall great food and definitely coming back :)
Great service in cozy atmosphere (just a bit loud IMO). Be patient with the food, the wait is worth it!We had a reservation but we got there a couple of hours earlier to see if they could squeeze us at the bar. After 20 minutes we were seated.My recos:Polenta bread, any variety. It was a bit salty but I don’t mind itWood fired chicken, great mint pesto sauceTwo sheet lasagna, an interesting take on a classicRhubarb almond tart, very sweet. Not suitable for all palates!

A short day and a half stay in Williamsburg/Brooklyn on the way to Berlin.
