After arriving and ordering two white slices, I knew this was the spot. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. I also see how they treat other customers coming into the restaurant and they treat everyone with respect and care. I HIGHLY recommend coming here.“

“We recently had our daughters baptism dinner at Trattoria L'incontra and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our event was enjoyable and accommodative. Alfredo and his team were extremely friendly and attentive to every detail. During our meal, Chef Rocco came out to ask how everything was and even brought us another pasta course to try on the house. The food was truly exceptional. Each dish was presented beautifully and tasted even better. Overall, I highly recommend Trattoria L'incontra to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The combination of excellent service and delicious food makes it a standout restaurant in the area. I can't wait to go back!“

“Everything is great. Coming here over 25 yes. One thing I noticed who's overall incharge he is no Tony. And never will be. Stained tablecloth oil bottle on table dirty and greasy. Dirty windows. Tony would never have put up with that. I also miss his cooking. It's the little things. But Tony would never put up with this. Everything had to be perfect.“

“I wanted to come to Ammazzacaffe for a while. One of my friend told me that they have a great wine list and authentic Italian food. Last night was a good day to go so because of they have a limit of seats I made a reservation before I go. I have a glass of Toscana Rosso and because it is happy hour I get two for one. That is awesome! I order pasta so I only have Sea Trout Tartare as an appetizer. I love that they make it sour and taste so delicious. Quadrotti and Reginette are very good and perfect cooked pasta. Service is nice and friendly. I enjoy so much of this meal. I will probably come back when the weather is warmer.“

“Torcello is a hidden gem. Run, don't walk to this lovely Italian restaurant which serves up a wonderful array of elevated Italian dishes, and makes you feel like you're VIPs as you dine. “The food is good, even slightly creative. It's a pretty diverse menu, so there's something for everyone. I have two issues, one is a constant: they make a bad drink, I know things are expensive right now, but make me a good non metered drink, it's not like you're not charging me a lot for it. The other was hopefully a one off, the waiter didn't speak English well and my friend asked him a question which he said yes to and when he was served it was completely different, when my friend was like "what's up" the guy mumbled and politely shrugged. That being said I do like this place.“

One pasta was delicious and the other felt a bit bland. Overall cute date place if you are craving Italian and it's close by, but not a place to go out of your way to visit from another area. It's good for the location and great addition to local addition to bedstuy Overall food was good but felt a bit overpriced. I think it's mostly because of location and lack of competition in the area. Burrata wasn't worth 17 dollars. And everything felt 1-3 dollars too expensive. Service was good and ambience was great. We asked if any place was still serving. The "MAN" Vic asked what we would like, from one of the tables. I cannot eat sauce cooked with basil and even though they do , the chef makes my eggplant and pasta dish with fresh tomato sauce. My friends ordered Shrimp hero, Chicken Parmigianas, slices of Pizzas, Ceasar Salad. All of the food was big portions and delicious. Even the coffee was great!
