“Last time we went, ordered 3 subs.2 were supposed to be mixed, 1 roast beef.We recieved 2 roast beef - in which some people don't eat beef as their culture. The other roast beef sub had huge gobs of mayo on it & hardly any meat. The 3rd sub was made fine.When I called about the sub they wanted me to bring it all the way back there to have one remade. So not only went without lunch from somewhere I wasn't able to leave, but wanted me to go out of my way for 45 mins+ to possibly have another screw up? No thanks...They have been inconsistent since the take over & is definitely not what it used to be.Done.“

“I will start this as I always do by saying that I don't give out five stars unless I am really blown away. This is the stop I make when ever I am in the mood for pizza while in the Utica area. They have a great crust good sauce and they always do a nice amount of toppings. Atmosphere is that of a nice pizza place. I have had a few salads from here as well and they are always good even if they are a little pricey they give you a good size portion. The only real knock I have is that wait times can be a little long but these days all restaurants seemed to be short staffed so it's just a slight knock nothing that should keep you from coming here for delicious pizza. So give this place some love and come eat.“

“This place was such a vibe! We got Ala carte chicken drumsticks because the bucket list seemed too much and we made sure to try all the different sauces and glaze. The gochujang glaze was amazing! Also highly recommend the cold perilla seed noodles - so light, refreshing & delicious.Service was friendly and attentive and we loved the ambience and decor of the place. “Sometimes when you accidentally get on the wrong train and get off the wrong stop, you'll come across a gem of a shop and think it was kismet. Such was the case for me at 9:30pm on a Tuesday evening, cold and hungry after my workout class. I had recognized The Munchies from Julian Mu's TikTok series, Late Night Bites, and so had hurriedly stepped inside to order some food for the ride home. Even though it was late on a weeknight, the small corner space was bustling, with a line almost to the door. But, the staff moved quickly and efficiently, and I received my order within 10-15 minutes. The menu is quite expansive and offers everything from classic halal cart platters to fish and chips. The portions are extremely generous, especially for the price too and I can definitely see why this is such a popular spot for late night eats. I ordered a lamb and rice platter ($10), which comes with two sides of your choice (I picked hummus and salad). While the white sauce was a little creamier and eggier than I was used to, I really enjoyed the lamb platter which was enough to feed me the next day too. They take Apple Pay too! Overall, worth a visit (or a Seamless order) for some late night munchies.“

“I had a huge craving for taro boba and around me there’s only really Thai iced tea. Quick little search and it led me to this cute cozy hole in a wall. I called ahead to make my drink as I was heading there. Ray was more than willing and able to do so. Such a great sport and great energy all around. Great service and he made my taro exactly how I like it: not too sweet. They have mango potions for milk which I loved, it’s not just milk powder like other Thai places do for their teas. “My 1st time having Korean fried chicken. Been wanting to have it for a long time. Came across this gem and I'm a fan.Chicken is fried fresh to order so please be patient. I ordered the 5pc Golden original just so I can taste the overall flavor. Nicely fried to a crispy and juicy texture. The guy at the register Kim bought me over a side of their Secret Sauce to try it. Not too sweet or spicy but it's sticky. The 1st time having pickled daikon also. “One of the workers gave me an extremely hard time about the dips that were included in my meal. I hadn’t ordered the food but someone else did so I only had a screenshot of part of the receipt. She said I needed the full receipt to confirm that I had multiple dips. Then after telling her I searched the entire bag, in a rude voice she said I had to bring the bag in to prove that there were no dips, as if I was lying. Then she put two dips in the bag, and then shoved the bag towards me. I told her I needed 4 more and she started laughing saying they were coming. “I came here after claiming my free bubble tea from one of Yelp's events since I was in the area. I visited the LIC Lunar New Year events website and saw that this spot had a sampler special. I took a chance on it. After disputing with staff and management that the deal on the website ends at the end of the month, they had adjusted their online menus to provide the sampler option to order. I did get the sampler without having to spend extra. Portions were generous and fresh. I ate half and took the other half home for the family. The ambiance was designed for locals living in the area, not so much for outsiders like me. I saw that Kuku has other locations, so I may check those out.“
