The woman manager this particular night was very rude! We got seated and the waitress was VERY behind. Waited for her to come to the table for over 15inutes before ny husband had to get up and go find her. Asked her if she was our waitress she said yes and he asked if we could please get drinks. She took our drink order. The guy at the next table was leaving after waiting forever to get his check and he told us "good luck". We tried to put in our food order. We wanted the salad bar and the waitress asked what time it was and it was 858pm. She said the salad bar closes at 9. My husband said we will be fast so we went up to grab plates fast. Everything was still there and full. We started making our plates and a guy comes out of the kitchen complaining that he called last call 15 minutes ago for the salad bar. My husband said I'm sorry but we waited 15 minutes just for the server to get our drink order and food order..that's when the manager called my husband a liar and claimed that she herself at just sat us. The man at the salad bar told us to leave our plates at the bar. We grabbed our son and our coats and left. Have never been treated so rudely. Will not ever go back!! Unbelievable!

We used the meeting room and the wait staff did great and the food was acceptable.

We grabbed breakfast at lunchtime, the food was good. The restaurant is decently clean and the staff is friendly and on top of things.

I've eaten at this location twice. Once about a week ago, when I left my sunglasses behind.Unfortunately, I wasn't able to come back for them until today, so I called the restaurant a few days ago and had the absolute pleasure to speak to Barb.Barb found my sunglasses, verified they were mine, and had a manager put them in the safe for me, noting that I wouldn't be back for them until today, which I felt was above and beyond.Today, we came in to eat and pick up my sunglasses and naturally asked to be seated in Barb's section. She's an amazing waitress, as kind and conscientious in person as she was over the phone. The food here is excellent diner fare and I highly recommend it!Thank you again for your kindness, Barb!

This restaurant is just one location in the Pittsburgh-based Eat n Park chain. Pretty much the menu and the quality of the food offered is standardized across the chain. What differs from location to location is the service. This is where this store is a notch above the others. We came in with a party of nine people, three of which were children. Our server Dani greeted us immediately, got our drink orders and gave the children crayons and pages to color. After taking our meal orders, Dani checked back a few times to ensure that we were all doing well. The food arrived shortly and everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. Success! Good food, and happy children and adults.

The restaurant smells of stagnant mop water and bad drainage. The food quality was not good, the waitress was dismissive of my concerns. I had ordered the salad bar as a side, while waiting for the appetizer, I saw the worker wipe her nose and touch the handles on the food, and refilled food! At no point did the manager, come speak with me or apologize. She was literally right back out there with the food and was under her shirt pulling up her pants, NEVER washing her hands nothing. No discount no accommodations no nothing. My family and I will not be returning.

Service was horrible. Had to keep asking for coffee refills. She said ok, I'll be back. Never saw her again until she dumped off the check. 1st and last time at that location.

The delivery is fine, keep in mind it's not fast food, the food was pretty tasty tho. Considering it's the only gluten free food I can have delivered to my home in the evening...it's the bees knees! Everyone's always friendly inside!Dietary restrictions: I'm celiac and I get the cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce, pickle on a gluten free bun. I add my own ketchup n mayo at home. Im not sure about the condiments but u could always inquire! The cheeseburger is soooo good! The only bummer for us celiacs is that the fries used to be gluten free if they baked them instead of frying....but they aren't anymore. Bring back the gluten free fries so celiacs have a side! And perhaps a small class on the topic for everyone working here. Stuff like not putting croutons in a salad when an order calls for gluten free (gf) is a big deal. But it would be an easy fix and the foods yum. It's not a 5 star restaurant tho guys....think...Denny's ...just an affordable diner with a salad bar.Kid-friendliness: They DO have an extensive kids selection. Cute kids cups, of course their signature smiley cookies. But all kinds of breakfast, lunch, dinner options for kids as well. Again I just wish there were maybe a cpl more options for gluten free. Orrrr at least bring those fries back!

Food was good hot fresh. Fish much bigger than bun made my friend jealous wanted to change his order ,but enjoyed the baked fish. Waitress was nice and attentive to our service overall an enjoyable lunch outing. Prices are good.Parking: Plenty of spots won't need to worry. Entrance is more to one side of building so may walk a little to enterKid-friendliness: A relaxed open atmosphere I believe kids could be kids here and find food they will enjoy.
