“Today I had the pleasure of being introduced to contessa in the lake. I was questioning the location because I had simply never seen it before. Upon arriving the indoor was inviting and the aroma outside was astounding and had my mouth watering, on the phone the wait time was expected to be 25 minutes but when I arrived in 15 they had almost everything ready. Service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and when the man behind the pizza window said merry Christmas and smiled I really felt like he meant it. All in all, 10/10 highly recommend”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Scoops! My family and I always have such a great experience, but tonight really won over my heart. We unknowingly arrived two minutes before closed & they were still thrilled to serve us! There were six of us and they served us our frozen treats with huge smiles on their faces! My two year old daughter tripped over her own feet and fell in the parking lot while waiting for her ice cream. Poor thing busted her lip and was bleeding pretty good. Both the owner and the manager were there and they were talking to her, trying to soothe her, making her smile and laugh. They loaded her up with stickers and were genuinely concerned if she was okay. Great service is hard to find nowadays, but these two people went above & beyond for us! We have always recommended Scoops to family and friends & will absolutely continue to do so! We visit both locations & always leave with smiles and pure joy!”

“I first had the Grind from their Common Ground location. It quickly became my favorite place in town to visit for a cup of coffee. Love the coffee along with the atmosphere the owners created as they welcomed each customer in. It’s exciting to see their dream on a full scale with their 2nd location. The simplistic, modern, and clean design is consistent across both locations. Making for a welcoming and homey feel. Along with the addition of crepes at the 2nd location. I stop in here every chance I get!”

“The truffle mushroom soup was delicious, and so were the flat bread and the seafood pasta. Jenny, our server was absolutely wonderful! I also tried a jalapeño-mango margarita, suggested by Jenny, and it was great! The person who took my reservation was very friendly, professional and welcoming.”

“The Medina Ohio location always has friendly customer service with smiling faces! I absolutely enjoy every exchange when I get the chance to go here! My favorite’s are mostly the pie based flavors but I also find enjoyment in others! I haven’t had one of their cookies I don’t like yet! I do wish you could get the smaller versions in less than a #50 count ?”

“Medina is blessed to have 2 really good (authentic) Mexican restaurants. This is one of them. Fancy? No. But the food is crazy good. You will NOT go home hungry! My only warning: This place is popular, and busy. But it’s worth the wait. Friendly staff, great service.”

“I rated it 5 stars but would make it 4.8 if I could.The food was great. I had the smashburger with cheese and bacon (comes on ciabatta bun). My wife had the stuffed cabbage special, and my daughter had the chicken paprika. All the food was amazing. The stuffed cabbage was just like homemade and the mashed potatoes that came with it were probably the best I've ever tried. The paprikash was legit paprikash, not some half baked knock off. The smashburger was juicy and tasty.The place is full of live plants which I really enjoyed.The only complaints I have is that they only have sweet-n-low low calorie sweetener (the pink packet) which is ok in ice tea but awful in coffee. They need to have some splenda, I mean c'mon, it's 2024. Also, they don't have french fries.Prices were as follows:Smashburger: $12 (additional $2 for the bacon and $1 for cheese totalling $15)Chicken paprikash: $14Stuffed cabbage: $14All in all, a really nice experience. Well definitely go here again.”

“Was in town for my daughter's birthday and we got lucky finding a Grinch cake! And the right flavor too (funfetti). It's a little pricey compared to what I'm used to at bakeries near home, but it was worth it. My daughter, her friends and I loved it! ❤️”

“Our sandwiches with soup or fries were delicious and our waiter was so nice. He helped us surprise two army recruiters having lunch next to us. We wanted to thank them for serving our country. He also brought a cute lava cake with ice cream for our birthday gal. All in all, it was a wonderful day out.”

“Upon my arrival, I mentioned how it was my first time here and I was greeted with yummy samples when walking in. I got the chocolate custard which was so good! The atmosphere is very fun and inviting. The owner was amazingly kind and went above and beyond for my mom and me. These employees are so incredibly welcoming and because of that, I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Medina. Not to mention the prices were very fair and all the topping stations were very clean and well kept. I can't wait to go back <3”
