“This is my favorite food truck. I always get egg rolls, tacos, and Pho. The Cha Cha fries are also good and crispy and hold up well to all the toppings. Never had a bad experience from this clean truck, and the service is very friendly. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu.“

“We tried this restaurant as we were looking for something to eat after we fueled it and was about to hit the road to return home from a trip. Needless to say, we came upon this restaurant and it was the absolute most hospitable welcoming restaurant. I am meatless and somewhat picky yet the host and manager/owner were so so accommodating and very patient with our meal selection. I had the BYO Rice bowl with multiple veggie selections. It was okay. Not bad. Truthfully wish there was more veggies. Felt like it was like 1 piece of everything. HOWEVER, I did not complain because I was sold on the service and sometimes that alone is difficult to experience!! It did taste good just wished the serving size was more plentiful for what I paid. “I was honestly a bit hesitant of this place because of how large the menu was... but they make everything very well and its all very fresh. The Basil chicken stir fry stands up to what you would get at Asiana (very high praise). Super kind service, and the prices are almost too reasonable for what you get.“

“We were looking for recommendations for lunch after we went to the zoo. We had delivery from this place probably 5 years ago and it was so good. I talked to my friends about revisiting today and boy I'm so glad we did! Not only did we have super size portions, The food was fantastic! “My fiancé and I have been meaning to come in and try Hibachi Express and we are so glad we did! When we came in, the workers were super friendly. The chef who called our number took such care on the food we got and even took the time to wipe our boxes so we didn’t get our hands messy. We were super pleased with the customer service and were just as pleased with the food. They have the BEST crab rangoons. Best place for hibachi around and we will gladly be incorporating Hibachi Express into our restaurant rotation.“

“I’m a long time customer of Wild Ginger since I moved to Cincinnati two years ago and my experience yesterday cemented my adoration for the restaurant. My work group made a reservation that ended up being a third of the size due to some of my colleagues not showing up without notice. The server VERY graciously gave a difficult but necessary message to us about how that negatively impacted them as a small business since they unnecessarily turned down business to accommodate our reservation size.Although I’m I did stick to my reservation commitment, I know that message had a mindset shift impact on me personally that will always make me make mindful decisions on reservation commitments in the future. The food was delicious, great portion sizes and the server and the cook were so kind despite our lack of consideration!“

“Tried this place for the first time yesterday with my husband after an event downtown & we were both glad we did. It's located on the second level of the Kroger building. The service was great - the guy who took our order & made our food was friendly & the security team who was walking around also seemed very friendly. We split everything that we ordered, so I got to try a variety of things. We ordered two of the Boo Yah! Bao Buns - one Pork Belly (braised pork belly with slivered green onion, cucumber with spicy hoisin sauce) and one Lemongrass Chicken (chicken with arugula, sprouts, crispy onions with cilantro Maggi mayo). These are a bargain at $4 a piece bc let me tell you about the flavor they pack! Wow. The buns are so, so soft & everything inside is loaded with sauce & spice & deliciousness. I will admit the pork belly was my favorite by far, but the chicken was something fresh & different. Next as the Slammin' Banh Mi, we ordered the Pork Belly (pork belly with pickled daikon, pickled carrot, cucumber, cilantro and jalapeno with sriracha aioli). This sandwich was $7 & worth every penny. I loved the cilantro & cucumber & pickled elements - it all worked so well together. Finally, we had the Dope! Dumplings with Pork (ground pork, napa, and green onions). They had a variety of dipping sauces, we chose Sriracha Garlic Aoili. We got five dumplings for $7 & would order them again & again. We brought most of these home & reheated them in the air fryer & they were still fabulous the next day. We will definitely be back for some carry out!“

“We literally drive 5.5 hours twice a year from Kalamazoo Michigan just to eat here, and have never once been disappointed. The vibes are chill, the food is fantastic, and the service is great. We especially enjoyed sitting at the bar this evening with bartender Brandon, who made us feel welcome and comfortable and answered all of our silly questions. We are die hard fans of every drink we've tried here, but my favorite is the lime basil cocktail, and we always need a double order of the house okonomiyaki. Truly one of our favorite restaurants and meals of all time, not too fancy, just low key and perfect :-)“

I've happily changed my review to 5 stars!The bowls are so yummy, but I'm not able to order online, because the Korean BBQ is not an option for the Kenwood location! It's an option for "extra" but not as a main choice!?!! Please fix this. I have two other bowls that I can order online, but this one ingredient is not listed. Please help! I'm now leaving my home to stand in line, instead of picking up. ?‍?“

“Nice place to pick up some hibachi on the go. Meal was good, even the pickiest of my kids enjoyed it. You order what you like, no surprises. A little pricy for take out, but portions are huge. Definitely sharable if you can agree on the meal!“
