“Do you ever find yourself eating somewhere and thinking “wow this is the best XYZ i’ve ever had!!” yeah, that was me when trying Golden Hands. Aside from their top tier customer service, their desserts/donuts are next to the best things i’ve ever tried in MY LIFE!!! everything is incredibly fresh and has so much flavor. not all donuts are created equal! i highly recommend you try Golden Hands. the price point can’t be matched either. you will pay more at the “competitor” donut places, i guarantee it!!! you won’t be disappointed!!!“

“Cincinnati, OH. Our grandson tells all his friends from out of town they have to visit Brown Bear Bakery; it’s #1 on his Must Visit in Cincinnati list. He’s got a following on social media for his bourbon and cigars reviews and is a Cincy native so we obeyed and came here.Saturday, half an hour after opening, there was a line of friendly relaxed people shivering in the cold wind and chatting happily about what might await them inside.It’s a small-ish shop with potted plants in the window, a few tables inside and a couple tables outside, barstool seating along the front window, and a busy bakery behind the amazing display of outlandishly good pastries.So I forgot the name of the people who were so welcoming, but they had blond curly hair (“Smiles served up here!”) and longer black hair. They were incredibly welcoming! And the real deal. Beyond customer service they were good people. They were also crazy foodies.“Which is your favorite?” I asked and the person with blond hair told me which items are seasonal, which sell out soon, and which are always there because they’re perennial favorites (the chocolate chip cookies).Everything I got was great!!! The cappuccino, carrot cake, raspberry topped almond croissant, cinnamon roll, mint matcha cookie, and chocolate chip cookie were better than we imagined. They really are unique recipes.Yeah, five pastries for the 2 of us. I said I was taking them to my grandchildren but they don’t really eat sweets. So…the 2 of us really enjoyed them!!We drove down the freeway sampling the divine goods and loudly exclaiming, “OH! This one is so good!!!” etc.If we lived here we’d be big as a house.Highly recommend!!!!“

“I would never patronize an establishment co owned by Jaci Fantetti. Jaci totalled my cadillac down to my license plate three years ago on her third DUI and when given a sobriety test of which she could hardly stand up said, can't we wrap this up? you can see she's fine (me). she has an active warrant for being cited to court and not showing and was still actively bartending after that. no remorse and could have killed us but we weren't in the car that night (it was parked on the street) She also hit my car so hard going 55 in a 25 that she pushed my car into my daughter's SUV and almost totalled hers. she's had a string of evictions as well. on woodbine Ave in cheviot. look it up for yourself.“

“We had LaDawn from Sweets by Ladawn to do our wedding cake and cakes for our guests. It was so good we got enough cake for more than 150 people and had 100 people come to our wedding having no cake left over! I called more than 10 places trying to find a dessert place that would make a pecan pie on extremely short notice. Mark actually called me back to let me know that they had the ingredients and he would be fine with making it that day for pick up, even though it would put the pick up time well after their closing. “This is a 10 star review!! I utilized Spoon full of sugar in July for my daughter's birthday party. The customer service was immaculate and they were very patient with me as I communicated from a different state!! I ended up changing my order to, two cakes and sent them my printers board to show them what kind of cakes I wanted. Both cakes were exceptional and taste sooooooooo good !! “I have seen so many posts about Allez Bakery on Instagram and heard fellow Elites talking about them for quite a while now. A few weeks ago, I was downtown for a meeting and when I found myself close to Allez Bakery, I had to stop. I read the reviews before I went in because I wanted to see what the top recs were. It was very clear that sourdough is the thing to NOT miss at Allez Bakery. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. They walked me through the different types of sourdough and eventually sold me a loaf of sourdough rye after I asked an employee which sourdough was the most sour. We then shared a bonding moment over our love for "flavors that punch us in the face." They sliced the bread for me and I ate a piece the moment I was back in my car. It was delicious-- some of the best bread I have ever had. I made turkey reubens with it that week and they were fantastic. The bakery itself is tiny, but so cute and warm and inviting. 100/10 will be back.“

“We discovered another dining gem in Reading!!!My sister and I did a little Earth Day project in Reading recently that took us right by the front window of Tres Belle Cakes. We each said that we'd never been in there and decided that we would return at the completion of the project. So, we did.Sandy greeted us as we came through the door, making us feel "right at home" in a place we'd never been. She is warm and welcoming, and so easy to talk with. We probably could have stayed much longer; there was so much more information we could have covered!But an important part of the conversation was what was in the display case. We could easily have taken "one of everything" since it ALL looked delicious. But we settled on just a "few": Two glazed cake donuts, the kind that are firmly-soft on the inside with the outside edges crisped-up with the glaze for a nice contrast. Four cupcakes: Coconut; German Chocolate; Strawberries and Cream; and Pistachio. A mini bread pudding. And, Biscoff Cheesecake Bars (which was super delicious).There are hot drinks (see the photos). And cakes (some in the display case and others that can be special ordered).The place is conveniently located on Reading Rd. Free parking in the lot beside the building. Closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday which means the best selection of cupcakes is Wednesday afternoon, after they have been baking all morning.Stop in and tell Sandy that Martha sent you!“

The pistachio has a great pistachio flavor and is not overly sweet. The birthday cake is strawberry-forward and is excellent if you have a sweet craving. The fruity cereal tastes exactly like fruity pebbles. They have other flavors we enjoy as well, like salted caramel and Madagascar vanilla. They are delicious and so cute! “Love the old fashioned style creamy whip. Lots of memorabilia hung on the walls and some old style TVs. The workers were all very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The ice cream was divine! Perfect texture and the cookie dough topping was to die for (only $1 extra for 4 large scoops). The lemonade milkshake was perfectly sweet with a subtle lemon flavor. Loved it! The shake, ice cream with cookie dough, and a small chocolate ice cream was only $13. Very affordable!!“

Incredibly kind owner and staff.Small but efficient team. I'm not an afternoon tea guy, but the ladies I brought were, and they absolutely loved it. “Gotta love that this Servatti Pastry Shop is close to home. It took me a while to stop in, but once I did, I was very glad. I tried a few pastries, which were definitely tasty. The thing that keeps me coming back, however, is the pretzels and the beer and other cheese dips. The pretzels are great for a get together. Get a dozen and have them sliced. Perfect! If you're buying just for the family, or in our case, just for two, I recommend getting six pretzels. They are SO perfect when they are fresh, but they do not stay fresh long so plan accordingly. Oddly enough there are some amazing pastry shops in the West side so Servatti's isn't my go to for pastries, but their pretzels can't be beat. I'm craving them as a write!“

“Stopped by here for a snack after lunch...Basically needed a thirst quencher. We saw this place and it is just a cute little shop with enough curiosity to draw me in. I love bubble tea so we had to stop and let me tell ya....they didn't disappoint one bit. The staff was absolutely great and so polite. There pastries looked fabulous, but had already ate.
