“I came here because I had gotten a gift card for Christmas, and it had been a while since I had BWW. I had asked the waitress for two wing flavors, but I wanted them mixed. When I received my order, I felt as if the ppl in the kitchen were confused because some wings had seasoning, some had both flavors, and some had sauce, lol. So I just asked my server for a side of sauce because I didn't want to send my food back, lol.“

“Ordered our meal, waited a long time, then brought legs and flats, ordered flats, never got the wedges with cheese, fixed our order when I was done with the 5 flats. Service was slow, but place was packed. Not really a good experience. The waitress was apologetic, and left her a very large tip. But would have been nice to have the whole order @ once. My Friend got his meal 10 minutes before I did and mine was wrong, and we'll kinda sucked. When they finally got the order right, the wings were hot, still charged us for all of it. Not the waitresses fault, but you'd think management would have come over and said something.“
“Even though we were missing an item out of our order today (carrots & celery sticks) I am still giving a 5 star review. I spoke with Dennis and he was the most sincere manager I've ever spoken with in my life. He said it might not have been a big deal to them to leave it out accidentally but that I was looking forward to having that in my order and it could've been a big deal to me. He assured me the next time I come in, I would be given a credit. Kudos to you Dennis! ?? top notch service from an awesome manager, Dennis.“
“We were a little disappointed with the food and atmosphere but we’re very happy with the service. The boneless wings were very small…but the bone-in wings were better. I’ve been to other BWW’s but this one was excessively loud. It was difficult to have a conversation at our table. The kitchen screwed up our order multiple times but our server kept checking on the orders and giving us updated. Ultimately he comped our sodas and one of our wing orders. It was much appreciated. Still decent-tasting food.“
“Visit fairly often for lunch and an occasional dinner. Their lunch specials are very affordable, I e. $10 for (10) boneless wings, fries and a soft drink. Fast, friendly service and plenty of parking. Occasionally you may even see local ESPN broadcasting from the restaurant. Great place to catch a game along with a meal.“
