My synagogue had a Friday night service and dinner at Café Alma. This was our third one if you are looking for an awesome restaurant to rent out for private parties. This is the place to go! The food is incredible. The people are incredible and the layout of the restaurant works very well for group events as well as romantic lunches.
On a recommendation from a friend, I tried Cafe Alma on Montgomery Rd. I had check the menus out ahead of time so I was prepared for a Kosher, healthy, Mediterranean fare. I was impressed with atmosphere: popular family brunch spot, neighborhood meeting place, home. Service was wonderful and we were seated within 5 minutes of the estimate given when we arrived. Cafe Alma is one of my favorite brunch spots in Cincinnati. I brought my friends here for their first time, and it did not disappoint! We got cocktails which were delicious. The Mediterranean sunset was so bright and refreshing. They only had one bartender, so drinks took a while, but they were worth it.
