“042024 - I haven't been here in 8 years. I got the 9 oz prime rib. It tasted exactly like what you would think prime rib from a chicken restaurant would taste like. It wasn't bad tasting, but it wasn't good tasting either. I will not get it again.“

“I love Canes! They are by far the best fast food around. Always fresh and delicious. I don't care for the Cane's sauce and it would be nice to have more items put on the menu but when it comes to chicken and french fries this is the place to be.“

“It was the first time my Fiance and I went. Cute little Restaurant. The Cashier was helpful with our choices. Both enjoyed our meals,good portions of food. The Cashier( She Was A Manager) Came To Our Table A Few Times and Ask How We Was Doing. We liked that,well definitely go back again ❤️❤️.“

“The spicy chicken sandwich is either 10/10 spicy or 2/10 spicy. (Ps I like it when it’s 10/10 spicy) Hard to tell but over all best fried chicken/chicken sandwich in cincy!!!great fries and fabulous delivery times, great sauces, lemon thyme ranch is amazing!! I’ve only done delivery but I eat here at least twice a week. They are open late as well which is so appreciated.“

“This place is great. I am picky when it comes to meat and poultry because of texture, and how it’s cooked. I had the chicken tender sandwich with the city sauce, and it was the best chicken tender sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken is soft and not too fried I paired it with city sauce, slaw, and fries. You’ll love it!!!“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“Staff was nice and on point. Dining room was colder than the temp outside. Chicken tenders were just barely cooked through. Went a second time a few weeks later thinking maybe it was a fluke, but no. Tenders could use another minute or two in the fryers because there are visible areas of pink on the inside.“

“I have been to a number of bb.q and this one is among the best. The food was perfect and the service was quick and friendly. We went there on Sunday 5/5/24 around 1:00 and there were a few other patrons. The chicken was cooked to perfection and also really enjoyed the fries. I wish they had unsweetened tea, but other than that a great experience!“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“Went for breakfast. Clean, fast, fresh food. Asked for crispy hash browns (I don't like soggy hash browns!) but they cannot modify certain food items due to their equipment. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was a little difficult, mostly due to the location of the lot. We enjoyed the experience. Like all the natural light which comes into the restraunt.“
