“I've been wanting Asian food for a few months, so I stopped in to get carry out. I ordered online in advance. I was a little nervous because I ordered my chicken pad thai NO SPICY, but a lot of places put red pepper in anyway. It was absolutely perfect. I mean, PERFECT! No red peppers, no spicy, but full of flavor. It was super hot (temperature) and the container was full. I also got an egg roll which was plump and tasty. The problem is that I can't stop thinking about how good it was, so I'm going to have to go get more soon!!! A+++“

“Yummy Bowl Mongolian Grill is fairly new in Anderson. If you are new, they will explain how the Mongolian Grill experience works. You will select your raw ingredients from a fresh, cafeteria-style selection, filling a bowl with the vegetables and meats you would like included. After adding the seasonings and sauces you prefer, one of the chefs takes your bowl and prepares it for you as you wait back at your table. You also have an opportunity to order ala carte and from a complete sushi menu. We had two yummy bowls prepared as well as a Tiger Roll and Ahi Tuna from the sushi menu. All freshly prepared and excellent. Besides the excellent food, the price for this meal was welcome. It wasn’t much more than you would now pay with today’s inflated prices at a fast food restaurant. Remarkable value and fun experience. Always tables available when we go, so give it a try!“

“The restaurant is small, but clean. The bathroom was clean, which I always appreciate. The waiter was okay, but not super friendly. We also weren’t even offered chopsticks, they brought us forks. I had to ask for chopsticks, other patrons were given them and didn’t receive a fork. He also steered my daughter away from ordering the mini hot pot because he said it would be too spicy. She ordered chicken with garlic sauce from the Chinese menu. It was tasty and had a slight amount of spice. She ended up disappointed that she didn't get the hotpot, even though she did like her chicken dish. Her boyfriend ordered pepper chicken. I didn't try this one, but he really enjoyed it. I wasn't in the mood for jalapeño flavor, and it was covered in jalapeños.For myself I ordered sliced ear, bo-bo beef, and dry chili chicken.I was also warned that the bo-bo chicken would be very spicy. I sperically told him I love spicy food and I know I can handle it. I even mentioned that I didn't find the food in India spicy at all.The sliced ear was very tasty. My daughter liked the flavor, but not the texture. The outer portion has a texture similar to tendon, which was fine with her, but the rest was more like cartilage. I loved both textures personally. The dry chili chicken was perfectly cooked, although I could have handled some extra chilis in it. It was crispy and tender though. The bo-bo beef? Honestly, I did not find it overly spicy. It was spicy, but not what o would consider a 3/5. I didn't even feel a need for any type of drink during the meal. When the waiter asked me how was the spice. I had to tell him that I expected more. The dish though was delicious. The beef was the most tender beef o have ever tried. It has zucchini in it, which I love. Very good. The question is, do I just have that high of a spice tolerance, or did they give me "white girl" spicy? I seriously think it must have been less spicy than normal. I didn't even break a sweat and barely had a runny nose.Overall, it was very good. The portions were a good size.I went here specifically because if I could eat here I would be the Queen of Spicy in the Dayton area. I still don't know if I earned that crown. The spice level and the waiter not really believing me almost got them a 3, if I could do 3.5 I would. I know there are people that order it spicy and then they want to have it remade, so I'm not totally upset about the attitude. I'm just disappointed that I was promised spicy and it wasn't even on the top 5 spiciest things I've tried.“

“This was a last minute stop and I am SO glad that we did. The atmosphere is amazing, and the decor is STUNNING. The owners are super sweet, they come around and make you feel like you are part of the family! They even surprised my daughter with a scoop of vanilla ice cream ! I 1010 recommend this place. The best General Tso chicken!!!! Amazing Crab rangoons. My husband said it was the best egg roll that he had ever had and it was super fresh. !! Come eat here and show it some love !!“

“This place is the most authentic sichuan-style chinese food I've found on the east coast. Wow. Really amazing. My partner and I come here often to get our fill. Definitely check it out. Right next to the university, but completely worth the drive out (or walk across the street). Owner is very nice and inviting. They get busy during dinner time on Fridays/Saturdays. Be patient. This place is worth it!“

“Wonderful noodles and wonderful service! Pictures uploaded are actually from three separate visits if that tells you how much I love this restaurant! Bringing friends and family here, there are a surplus of options, but being a noodle house you have to try both the sliced and the hand pulled noodle. Of my personal favorites, I loved both styles of fried noodles with cumin lamb, my roommate loved the sliced noodle with ground pork. Both offer a perfectly chewy picture with every bite. As of recently, I fell in love with the Sichuan street spicy and sour noodles! While they don’t have the same texture as the handmade, the noodles fit perfectly onto your spoon and the fatty cuts of beef are balanced by the spicy sour flavors of the broth. One thing I will say is with the Dan Dan noodles and chongqing spicy noodle, expect those to be a little more “bland” as compared to the fried dishes that absorb the sauces really well. Definitely coming back to try more!“

“Have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The biggest plus is that they have a large authentic menu, which is the only one that I know of on the east side of Cincy. Along with the authentic options they do offer more American Chinese dishes. They have a dim sum menu that seems to be offered all day as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the dishes. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have authentic Chinese food. This will be a regular spot for my family and I. Choose this over some large national chains that have been opening up in the area!“

“Two fantastic experiences! I always feel you can tell the integrity of a restaurant by their takeout service. We took a chance and ordered takeout and were so impressed. They even cared about the presentation of the food in the to-go container. So a week later we dined in for lunch and were even more impressed! The service was outstanding. The food was so fresh with great vegetables. The shrimp dishes had ample shrimp. ? The Szechuan green beans are amazing. The Kung Pao pork super fresh. Even the fried rice I don’t normally eat was great. This is my family’s new favorite Chinese place and we will be ordering way more often.Note: I will say I originally ordered orange beef and it wasn’t great. So I won’t order that again but everyone else’s dish was great and so was mine the second time.“

“I took my 2yr old and 7yr old here for lunch and they had a fun time cooking their own food. We got the bento lunch and it was delicious. I recommend the miso broth and spicy chicken. The mushroom broth is very light and tasty too. They keep napkins in a drawer under the front of the table which was very helpful with kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son was fascinated by the robot server. We will definitely be back soon. One of the best dining experiences we've had in a long long time.“

“Many American style Chinese food like Pandas. We tried the Guo Bao Pork as it's crispy with sweet and sour sauce. The Hot sour noodles are all right but we hope there will be some more sauce. The Dry braised Green Cabage is good and decent with rice. The pep corn chili Sauce fish with many pep inside, the fish is wrapped with too much flour. A general good choice for Chinese cuisine in the area.“

“I ordered carry out since they are not eat in. My order consisted of triple delight extra spicy and combination chop suey. Both dishes had great flavor. The white rice was sticky so if you're using chop sticks, it would work well. I will return.“

“This is a great place for lunch when you can’t eat in, and you have to take your lunch back to the office. Call ahead! In 10 minutes, it’s ready for pick up.The lunch menu is what I really enjoy because it’s a lot like the dinner menu, with smaller portions. If you are looking for a new Chinese place, add this to your lunch time hunt.“

Ask for it and explore some spectacular dishes. The eggplant is awesome and their soups are phenomenal.Vegetarian options: Awesome vegetarian options. Ask for the Chinese menu of you don't see something you like on the regular menu. Ask for the veggie tofu soup on the Chinese menu for an excellent vegetarian option.“

“The food is soooo good!!! Literally mouth watering. Me and my boyfriend wanted to order dinner and pick up. We ordered online, and it was ready when we got there. We got chicken teriyaki skewers, combination mee fun, combo plate pepper steak and veggie LoMein. “I live right around the corner from Golden City. I have been eating there for 15 years. The prices did go up a little bit but it's still not bad for the quantity and the quality of the food. They're always friendly and they always take responsibility for any mistakes they make which is few and far between. I eat there probably twice a week and it's always great. Keep up the good job.“

“I tried take-out from here the other day. The waitress was polite over the phone and very thorough and conscientious in taking my order. I walked in to find a clean, spacious "entry room," where my take-out order was waiting (and where, I assume, guests are then escorted to the spacious and sumptuous-looking dining rooms). And then there was the food, which was amazing! I got the Yu Hsiang Pork and the Bean Curd Family Style. The vegetables were freshly cut, and the meat was tender. But what was remarkable were the sauces on both!! Very flavorful, fresh and unique!“

“Decent little place. They have crab rangoons, which was a win for me. They brought them out often, too. Mac and cheese were watery. Hot foods were hit or miss on freshness. We went about 6pm on a Friday. Chicken on a stick was good. They lack variety in sweets/desserts. No ice cream or cakes. Just a little mousse brownie and tiny plain pastries as well as hard sugar cookies. They have fruit, though, if you count that. Was disappointed as I have a big sweet tooth. We don't eat sea food, so we can't comment on that. Chicken dishes were just okay. Someone said this was a close second to Twin Dragon, so I just had to try it, but I would not compare this to Twin Dragon. This is far smaller with much fewer options. It was nice to try, though. The area it's in is rough, so I don't know if I would return.“

“Very nice casual take out Chinese food shop. The staff is friendly, food is good (obviously in my opinion, whatever that is worth to a reader.)The fried rice is the "yellow colored" variant, but that is a regional thing. I personally prefer the dark brown type of fried rice (made with "thick soy" as an ingredient, which is slightly sweeter than regular soy) BUT I do recognize that I'm a minority in terms of number of customers. Most of the dishes are very good. The shop is clean, countertops are uncluttered, and I've never had any issues.“

“Our overall experience with Oriental Wok was the same as always, spectacular. Took out of town guests there to celebrate their first wedding anniversary and we received the royal treatment.Food was delicious, although my spicy grouper had a little more peppers than I was expecting, but it was delicious. All of our entrees and l drinks were great and our server, Kaitlyn (?) wonderful as well as the entire staff at Oriental walk. As usual a wonderful experience. Thank you.“
