We had such a delightful time for Valentine’s Day 2023, we returned again for VD 2024. Once again, the food and service was outstanding as were all the VD touches. We were visited by the chef, maitre d’ and general manager who were all flawlessly kind as was our service team led by Hewitt who was thoughtful and prompt. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Menu is smaller than I’d like. And it took a while to see a server. However, the food was absolutely fantastic! Like all the other reviews said, the beet and orange salad is so good I ate every bite! I got mine with steak!

I had both dinner and breakfast here and was so impressed with the friendly staff who were more than accommodating with our menu modifications. The manager checked on us both times and took pride in making sure we were well served. The portions were enormous and beautifully presented. You get what you pay for in every way here. I highly recommend D. Burnham's @ the Renaissance Downtown Hotel.
