“I called my order in. I waited in the drive thru for easy pick up. I was in line for almost 25 minutes. Then when I got to the window, nobody greeted me to even tell me it was going to be a few minutes. So I beeped and a man came to the window and he looked up my order, it wasn't ready. It was already about 15 to 20 minutes past the time they told me it would be ready. The man told me that my order was coming out in a few minutes. I waited another half hour without anyone telling me what was going on. The only reason I didn't go inside is because I am disabled and I can't walk that well with something in my hands. So even if you call in your order, you'll probably have to wait. I would suggest going to another little Caesars. These days customer service sucks not just at this place, but everywhere.“
“Great pizza if you like little Ceasars pizza. I enjoyed their deep deep dish and was very satisfied with the food. It was good tasting and well baked like I asked. The customer service was good. The employees were very nice and were able to answer my questions, no problem. The wait time was horrible. I sat in the drive thru for over 35 minutes. The only problem was the wait time, otherwise an amazing place to eat.“
“I had the pleasure of a person name kelan who was working on a Sunday night by himself. He was making pizzas and doing everything. He ran the store so great . DoorDash orders along with customers waiting. My pizza was superb and it shows his dedication to his job. I got a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni. I had to wait but it was the point that he still had the store open, great job on Galbraith and Daly road.“
“I got the crazy puffs, pepperoni, and cheese. They were both pretty flavorful, a decent amount of cheese, and pepperoni. The only downside was the amount of grease that pools on top of them. They are like little cupcakes so the oil just puddles up.“

Several times we've been here without her on shift and it's been a mess and took an hour to get one pep and saus pizza. “Found what looked like mold in our Detroit style pizza.. Regular crust seemed okay.You probably won't have it happen.. but it can. This seems to be a somewhat regular report of the franchise if you do a quick google search. I wonder if they prep dough en masse for busy nights and sometimes they prep too early.First time it happened after coming incident free for years. But, moldy dough should never happen.“
