When the downtown location first opened everything was amazing! I recommend people left and right. Currently the service and quality of food has declined in my opinion. I was disappointed because of the lack of customer service and meal quality. Our table had no silverware and we weren’t offered any when our meal arrived. I had to get silverware from the neighboring table. In regards to the meal. I ordered the Avocado BLT. The sandwich might as well be called the Avocado BLT Spread…meaning there was a very thin spread of avocado instead of slices. Barely any avocado. No substance whatsoever. Now instead of just being frustrated I did bring this up to one of the managers Bodi and he did comp my meal which I do appreciate but would also like to see the improvements as well. I’ll try again at some point. Thanks!

The BEST breakfast ever! I had the eggs your way with goetta. Delicious berry compote and great coffee. I'd come back to Cincinnati just to eat here again. Very fair prices and great service.
