“A hidden gem on Garfield Place . We decided to throw out the Hyde park restaurants and try something new . The Mezze Board was fantastic with all of the Mediterranean dips and veggies , The Shrimp Cossoult is to die for . The braised lamb /risotta/feta explodes with every bite. The best of all is that it was our first time dining and and I felt like family with the service from Nimo and Bryce , Coming back next week for the Swordfish . 6 stars !!!!!“

“Found Artemis through a google search and it was such a treasure! The staff at the restaurant were all so friendly, kind and attentive. The atmosphere was beautiful but casual and inviting. Prices were 10-30 and the portions were very generous. The food was fabulous! The hummus was the best we've ever had and had to thank the chef who made it. My wife had the falafel and she loved it, this was such a treasure, will definitely come back. “

“Cafe Alma is one of my favorite brunch spots in Cincinnati. I brought my friends here for their first time, and it did not disappoint! We got cocktails which were delicious. The Mediterranean sunset was so bright and refreshing. They only had one bartender, so drinks took a while, but they were worth it. Then we got my usuals, the challah French toast and the Israeli tabbouleh with blackened salmon. The French toast comes with 3 pieces and fresh fruit, and is definitely enough to share. It's perfectly sweet and the coconut whipped cream is delicious. The tabbouleh with the blackened salmon is so incredible as always, very fresh with perfectly seasoned salmon. They may ask you how you want your salmon cooked, and I always get mine well done. The 3 of us were full after that so we took the pancakes to go. The only downside to Cafe Alma is that they always seem a bit short staffed. The staff is so kind and helpful with suggestions, but don't come here in a rush. If you want delicious, fresh food, and you have the time, you definitely need to check out Cafe Alma!!!“

Truly felt like I was back in Turkey having a meal as this authentic restaurant is like a 5 star restaurant in Istanbul! Wonderful food, exceptional service, and a super good vibe! “I was very happy with this evidently family run restaurant. I will come back and hope they have lunch specials as I could order from them frequently. They were not inexpensive but are using quality non-frozen ingredients- which you cannot get at corporate owned and chain restaurants. I think you could share some dishes at home if being more economical is needed. The hummus, a very generous serving,was a dream (best I've had) and my spouse loved the lamb. “Zorbas was the Greek restaurant I have been yearning for. The owner was such a happy, wonderfully obliging, full of life person. We arrived at 8:30 pm after a long day of work (they close at 9 pm) and he couldn't be happier to serve us. I ordered the Moussaka with Meat and my fiance ordered the Lemon Chicken (Kota Lemonati). Each came with the most perfect and delicious rice, potatoes and steamed vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken was moist with an incredibly tasting gravy and my Moussaka was as good or better than any I have tasted before. I kissed my fiance when I arrived a little after her and he gave us a really sweet complement. I have to drive 20 minutes to go here but I see us eating here at least once a month. Excited to try other items on the menu. Thank you Sir!“

“We drive up from Georgetown KY several times a month, we’ve been lucky to have the same server the last 3 times, I think she said her name is Lilly, she is a breath of fresh air, very attentive, super pleasant. As for the food, it’s top shelf, I’ve had quite a few of the dinner plates, never disappointed, yesterday I got the shawarma pizza and fried cauliflower, OMG, delicious is an understatement it was divine. It’s one of our go to spots when we come to Cincinnati, we love it.“

The food from Ali Baba Mediterranean Grill was great, but the service was fantastic and the circumstances of how I got my order delivered were unbelievable to me and the reason I am writing this review. I ordered my food via Gubhub and somehow my order was tagged for pick up and not delivery. It was a horribly cold day with 3 to 4 inches of snow in Cincinnati. I don't live in Cincinnati. I was in a customer meeting and saw I had missed a local phone call. I stepped out of my meeting and when I returned the call I talked to the owner of Ali Baba and he informed me the order I submitted was placed for pick up. I thought my lunch plans were ruined and my lunch was not going to get delivered. To my surprise and amazement the owner told me he was going to deliver my lunch order himself. My location was over 3 miles away from his restaurant and the temperature was 11 degrees and the roads were slushy and snow covered. I insisted to pay for the delivery and he pleasantly refused and quickly delivered my lunch. Best customer services ever!!“

“My lady and I have been to the Taziki's in Kenwood and really enjoyed it, so when I told her about this location in Cherry Grove, she naturally wanted to try it too. Both turned out to be great experiences, and now, we're having a tough time deciding which we like best. Decisions, decisions... Still, we definitely love this place. We stopped by on a Friday evening for dinner. The place was busier than expected but still had a good amount of seating available. This location seems more open than the Kenwood location and also has outside seating. The service is still great and the staff are all very friendly. As for our food, my lady got the grilled salmon feast with roasted red and a Greek salad, and I got the chargrilled lamb with basamati rice and a Greek salad. Of course, since it was Friday, we got some adult libations, in the form of a Knotty Vines pinot noir for her and a pint of Fat Tire for me. We also got two baklava for desert later. We hardly waited 15 minutes for our food, and just like Kenwood, it was very fresh and delicious. It filled us up for sure but we didn't feel stuffed. It was just right and definitely worth the price. Taziki's is quickly becoming one of my favorite places... Well, two, with both of these locations. You really can't go wrong with either one. We'll absolutely be going back again soon.“
