My husband and I felt very unwelcome this evening. When we walked in, expecting to be greeted with “Welcome is it just the two of you for dinner tonight?” Or “Good evening, do you have a reservation?” The hostess asked what she could do for us as if we walked in by mistake and couldn’t possibly be there for dinner. It was very disheartening, but even worse, the manager had no sense of what customer service is and the effect of first impressions when managing a business.
Loved this place! Spent the evening dining here for my bachelorette dinner. We are from out of town and this was a great find! Our waitress, Julie, was bubbly and extremely helpful. She helped us pick out the perfect wine for the special occasion and even threw in a free desert for my celebration! The food and atmosphere were amazing. There was even live music going on which was a bonus! Would give this place 10 stars if I could! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and we will be back the next time we visit Cincinnati!

It’s been a looooong time since everything I’ve ordered at a restaurant was perfect. Mussels were the best I’ve EVER had. Queso was sublime. I was stuffed by the time our entrees arrived but I kept eating because it was the f$&king bomb. I had the New York strip and it was perfect. We don’t normally visit the same restaurant twice since there are so many options in SW Ohio but we just might have to come back to this one. And the service was impeccable as well btw.
