He was very helpful, informative, and so nice. His staff clearly respects him, and he runs a great shop. It only took 10 minutes to get all our food steaming hot and fresh. I ordered the catfish dinner. My husband ordered the Golden Combo. Just, wow. The flavor on this is 10/10. The last time I had catfish this good was when we were down south. “Came from Vegas to celebrate my granddaughters 8th birthday and she wanted to go here for her birthday dinner was EXTREMELY saddened when told they don’t do anything special for birthdays and when my server told me “ we would have to be doing those all the time” it seemed so corporate. I come from the hospitality capital of the world and in my 67 years on the planet have never been so hurt that I couldn’t provide this simple public expression of celebration. “Yall give Trinity a raise! We have been several times to the new location and she is easily the best server we have had. She was attentive even though she was busy. Even when she didn't stop at the table I could see her looking to check on our table. she was freindly,prompt and kept the drinks full which is hard to do when you are so busy! “This was my first visit to Roosters. Customer service was great! Ordered 10 traditional wings and tots, fruit punch. Everything was good except unfortunately they use chicken that has clearly been pumped with growth hormones and because of that reason I really couldn't enjoy the chicken wings.“

“Ordered carry out on a crappy and super snowy Friday. Pizza was VERY good. Sauce is just right, pepperoni was spicy and delicious, and the crust was flaky, crispy, and cooked to perfection. Italian sub that I ordered was equally excellent! That bread is so good! Finally, I ordered an open face pizza sub. This was the absolute best that I’ve had! Again, bread is awesome, red sauce is fire, and that spicy old world pepperoni was just like it should be! VERY, VERY good! Six out of five stars!!!“

“So, I was craving some wings and my wife wanted pizza. I found this place online and it seemed perfect. I ordered a small pizza and a small order of wings. The staff was super friendly and even called me to let me know they were out of the sauce I wanted. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce was really good with a nice kick to it. “I loved bb.q Chicken Columbus! This was my first experience with Korean fried chicken. The chicken was covered in thin crispy batter bubbles that shattered in your mouth. The chicken was not only juicy, but the sauces that coat each piece elevate the explosion of flavor. We ordered the cheeseling, Gangnam and honey garlic chicken with a side of tteokbokki. The cheeseling was the most unique chicken flavor I've ever had. The chicken was covered in a cheesey dust, a coating so heavy that you have to be careful about inhaling too close to the wing. It took me a second to appreciate the flavor because it was so unique, but I feel in love quickly. In addition to the cheeseling chicken, I loved the tteokbokki. The consistency of the sauce was so velvety, it was almost like gravy. Even though it was spicy, it was rich in flavor that was sweet and tangy.“

“It's a great place to eat if you have a fear of complicated menus. Why? Because they have one of the most basic menus in the food world. The only difficult decision you have to make is how many chicken strips and fries you want to eat. The chicken is decent, the fries are good, their basic special dipping sauce is somehow addictive and I do not know why. I would probably get bread shamed if I didn't mention the bread is almost as good as the chicken. This particular location seems to have mastered the concept of providing the correct order each time. “It's Roosters, if you live here you know and if you don't live here or haven't been then it's one of the better options for wings and bar food in the Columbus area. This location is very consistent, with food out quickly and friendly servers who did well with my very independent five year old.Parking: It's behind the restaurant, and if the main lot is full there's a lot for the big box stores just behind the main lot. You'll have to exit differently if you want to go left out of their lot due to how Bethel is set up.“

More sauces would really jazz up the offerings and create a sense of having a wider menu. Something simple like Balsamic Vinegar or even Cold pressed olive oil with garlic. More nutritional value would be added. I think the students and more discerning customers would appreciate this given the nearby competition and the large number of fraternity and sorority houses in this vicinity. The new presidents office is also just upstairs.“

My family of three ordered a single combo and a double combo including the most delicious milkshakes this side of the Nuthouse! This is not your average slider.
