Veggie pizza- not very good. Used to love Donatos pizza but not anymore. Aldo Pizza wasn’t ready at time quoted on phone.Last time I ordered a big Don sub at a different location but still in Grove City. and it wasn’t good either. Using different buns.
Dear Donatos Broadway,I sincerely apologize for interrupting your staff's busy day on Sunday 11/19 @ approximately 4pm in an attempt to make an in-store purchase. I should have realized by the way that the staff didn't have time to acknowledge my existence until I walked almost into the kitchen even though 3 of them clearly saw me standing by the register for nearly 10 minutes. I ordered two pizzas and cinnamon bread and a 2 liter. Service at the pick up window was great and everything I ordered was correct. The problem was that the pizza had a horrible taste to it. I have gotten Donatos pizza for years and never had that issue. It was just a pepperoni pizza but it was so bad I couldn't eat it and neither would my children and we all love pizza. It's unfortunate but every other time i've been to that Donatos in the past it has been fine.
