We’ve gone to gc brewing co for years but I never left a review even though the food and service are always great. I’m sorry for accidentally thumbs downing Carly on the checkout handheld. My finger slipped. Please give her a raise or at least don’t hold my slip of the finger against her.
Pretty solid place for a casual dinner. Cool decor. Great beer selections. Large party, seated quickly. Pretzels were pretty good but the queso combo was not as good as the honey mustard stuff. Brussels sprouts were great. Most everyone in our party got different things. Bacon Jelly Burger was a little short on the bacon jelly. Patty and other toppings were good, roll was nothing special. What an amazing local joint! We started with cheese curds, had the Broadway burger with sweet potato fries. The catsup was even amazing, not sure what brand it is. The place was super clean, quick and friendly service. I ended the meal with a nice huge piece of chocolate cake and a awesome pride shirt! They have a winery and brewery with a full selection to choose from. Support a local business and stop by to visit. Make sure to enroll into their loyalty program.
